Pros The application is very and it has the feature of handling the expiry date's while entering the invoice. After entering the stock entry (purchases) we are able to transfer the stocks at one go to all the required cost centers simultaneously. Cons Only entering the physical stock at the month end and that too is our internal process, nothing related to the application. Pros Inventory management is very well versed in the system. Indent is happening with regular day to day usage and transfers are done. System will allow only one entry as per the invoice number which is received from the supplier, earlier we were passing multiple entries to by pass the cost center. Support is very good from \[sensitive content hidden\]. Cons We are not able to delete the Purchase entry in the system because it is a cloud based system. Pros The application is very easy to use as we are able to do the requisition and supply from a single screen itself and it was very time consuming effort in our earlier application. Purchase entry is being done only one location and then we can transfer the stocks multiple cost center at single instance, which is very time convenient. Item vendor mapping is done at the outlet level and it so useful for us because earlier we use to send the email to IT team and they use to do it. Cons The back date entry is very less and it needs to be a minimum of a week or 10 days and nothing as such as of now.
