TeleRay is a web-based virtual care, telehealth and imaging platform designed to help physicians conduct consultations with images on the screen. It may connect to modalities or PACS. Professionals may receive transmitted ultrasound examinations in real-time at the point of care, establish two-way audio and video communication with patients and staff members, access and control equipment remotely and record and stream videos from multiple connected devices with unlimited storage of images included. TeleRay’s virtual care platform is oriented around the primary diagnostic tool, radiology, including patient results, for a more holistic view of patients. This also allows clinicians to show and discuss what the current state is, and prognosis for the future. Also, patients don't pay anything and can store their images too which is great. Pros TeleRay has telehealth and imaging capabilities in one platform. I can see my patients, send them their images, and then check up on them with the telehealth from one login and screen. I store all my images too for access from anywhere. No extra cost. Very easy to use. Cons I think it could have better scheduling, but it integrated with mine and they said they are building better tools for scheduling. Reasons for choosing Teleray It was the only one that had multiple capabilities which allowed me to eliminate some other products and keep cost low. I had used their radiology tools in the past. TeleRay product is cost-effective and easy to use. Pros Software is cost-effective, easy to implement, and intuitive to use. Cons I have not had a bad experience with Teleray products or the Nautilus company. Reasons for choosing Teleray Cost, implementation timeline, and ease of use.
