Twitter/X, although quirky, is an important tool for connecting with our audience and for identifying opportunities to connect our station content with broader cultural conversations. It's no longer just social media, it's an unsuspected friend when it comes to grasp listener behavior and smarter client pitching.

Pros

Twitter/X has been a valuable platform, for following up on trends and local discussions that are of interest to our station viewers. I have been able to scan hashtags or see/like industry profiles quickly to help me pitch ideas to potential advertisers on what resonates with listeners. The post performing data is also extremely useful when scheduling social campaigns with ad sales campaigns.

Cons

The UI changes can be confusing at times, as soon as I get comfortable, they do a major update. It also seems like it's more depending on ads, and when I want to concentrate on competitor accounts or particular niche conversations, I can be distracted by the ads.

It has been an absolute pleasure using Twitter, if has many interesting and educative contents with many well educated people. I have been using Twitter/X for more than 10 years ago,and I'm still using it.

Pros

The blue-check mark feature on twitter is what I find most appealing. I can tell that an account is verified and the information posted from it is reliable when I see a blue-check mark on it.

Cons

DMs ought to be more closely watched for spam.Twitter's large amount of content can also be overwhelming. Twitter/X could also find addictive.

In breve, vivere Twitter in modo positivo significa entrare ogni giorno in una sala professori ideale, dove nessuno parla di burocrazia e tutti condividono la stessa passione. È la bellezza di trovare l'ispirazione per la lezione di domani cinque minuti prima di chiudere il PC, "rubando con gli occhi" uno schema o un'idea da un collega che sta a trecento chilometri da te ma che affronta le tue stesse sfide.

Pros

In breve, Twitter per noi docenti è come andare a prendere un caffè in una sala professori grande quanto il mondo, dove trovi i colleghi più brillanti, curiosi ed entusiasti in circolazione. Non si usa per dare i compiti, ma per ricaricare le proprie batterie professionali: ci trovi il commento a caldo di un esperto su una legge appena approvata, o l'idea geniale di un collega per spiegare un concetto ostico di Diritto usando un meme o un video.

Cons

Il pericolo di Twitter è che si trasforma facilmente in una sala professori virtuale dove tutti urlano e nessuno si ascolta.

Frustrating no support available . There is so much inconsistency & no help offered been using at least 6 yrs

nothing now no cs why does it exist they don't care abourt users . used a long time & never had this problem

SUDDENLY X put in notifications my account is temporarily labelled limiting my reach. Earlier my account was suspended. put great effort to finding how to contact support & appears there is no support. Leaving the info on my account with no explanation or how to resolve it. it is the worst example of cs. i would give it a 0/5 but to get this reviewed have to put a 1. looks like confusing yet i can still get into twitter or X. confusing why i can get into my account. why is it temporay labelled & suspended no explanation given & nothing shows who to contact when i click more & system settings.

Twitter is great for staying in the loop without feeling like you’re digging through long posts. It’s fast, easy to scroll, and perfect for catching quick updates, jokes, news, or random thoughts from people you follow. The real‑time vibe makes it fun, and you can jump into conversations or trends without needing to write anything long or complicated.

Cons

Twitter can get chaotic pretty fast. The feed moves quickly, arguments pop up out of nowhere, and sometimes the algorithm shows you stuff you didn’t ask for. It’s also easy to miss tweets if you’re not checking often, and the platform can feel a bit overwhelming when drama or spam starts taking over your timeline.

Pros

I like the fact that it has mention and hashtags. Its customer support is very active and respond swiftly when reach out to them.

Cons

What I like least about Twitter is how algorithm determines the type of content to be seeing which could make me miss posts from my friends.

Overall, Twitter/X is a very interesting educative social platform . I like many things about it. I like its hashtags , tweet , retweets,mentions so much including the DM. I love using it to the fact that I use it on daily basis.

Pros

Twitter has a very fantastic community. It has a very helpful customer support team as they are eager to solve problems. It is very good for sharing updates and news. It is so entertaining.

Cons

DMs should be more monitored for spam . Also . Twitter can also be overwhelming due to high volume of contents. It can also be addictive.

I deliver content from my blog and connect with some of the greatest people on the planet, Twitter, if used correctly can also help you connect with new customers for your business.

Pros

I absolutely love Twitter for business and personal use. Twitter allows me to drive traffic to my blog, interact on a global level, and attract new clients through content marketing.

Cons

Some folks can be spammy, and the DM's should be monitored more closely for Spam. I simply decided not to respond to these DM's that are automated and impersonal.

The platform remains the best source for real-time news and global trends. The ability to engage directly with industry leaders, creators, and public figures is unmatched. I particularly like the 'Community Notes' feature for crowd-sourced fact-checking and the integration of long-form video and 'Groks' AI capabilities, which have added more depth to the user experience

Cons

The platform can sometimes feel overwhelming due to the high volume of content and occasional bots in the replies. The transition to the new verification system has made it harder at times to distinguish between authentic sources and paid accounts. Pros

Twitter has evolved a lot recently, but the two things I like the most are the Creator Revenue Sharing and Articles.

Cons

How the algorithm completely determines what you see and not chronologically. So, you often miss the posts of your friends.
