"On-track Marketing solution through HCL Unica !"

Overall: End to end cloud platform marketing solution using Unica

Pros: Unica helps us to set the marketing goals and achieve the same on the said deadlines . The Marketing goal statistics will help to run efficient campaigns as well . It also efficiently integrates with other products to target customers.

Cons: The initial configuration of the product and learning is not a straight forward process . May be a easy to use approach of the product will help !

"Extremely complex product with tons of capability, ideal only for enterprise"

Overall: I worked with the campaign portion and eMessage portion of Unica for 2 years. The tool is extremely capable, but in order to do so is also very complex. This product would only be for enterprise class organizations with a dedicated IT team.

Pros: I never found a limitation to what the tool could do.

Cons: Very complex. This is not the tool for everyday marketers to jump into and execute campaigns quickly. This is a massive tool that requires a dedicated technical team.

"UNICA use"

Overall: overall get's the job done and works perfectly except sometimes it's slow since our database is big

Pros: I used unica when I was in IBM, it's a bit technical to use but once you used to it and when you created your flowchart templates it's really easy to launch and test campaigns

Cons: lacking in reporting system and integrations, We used different softwares for reporting

"Recommended for those who need critical automations, good in reporting and analysis."

Pros: I like the automation setups like campaign automations, list automations etc

Cons: I dont like the buffer time, its too lag after we click on any thing on the UI
