The tool is extremely capable, but in order to do so is also very complex. This product would only be for enterprise class organizations with a dedicated IT team. Pros I never found a limitation to what the tool could do. Cons Very complex. This is not the tool for everyday marketers to jump into and execute campaigns quickly.
