Ich bin EHS Manager und Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit. Die Software erleichtert es mir auf dem neusten Stand zu bleiben, eine voll umfängliche Übersicht zu haben und durch die Zuordnung an die verantwortlichen Personen, kann man den Verantwortlichen deutlicher machen, dass es ihre Aufgabe ist sich zu kümmern und nicht meine Aufgaben alleine sind. (DAS ist ein sehr großer Vorteil!)

Pros

Grundsätzlich ist die Software, vom Aufbau, einfach zu handhaben und vieles kann man intuitiv finden oder bearbeiten. Änderungen werden deutlich sichtbar und gut zugeordnet angezeigt.

Cons

Was mir in meiner kurzen Anwendungszeit (als Administrator) aufgefallen ist, die Anzeige der Aufgaben wird pro zugewiesene Person angezeigt. Das bedeutet, dass ich von ursprünglich ca. 400 Aufgaben, nach der Zuordnung, bei ca. 600 "Aufgaben" bin. Das ist etwas verwirrend bzw. erschwert die Übersichtlichkeit.

Die Software war im Konzern bereits bekannt, die Entscheidung für Georg Compliance wurde auf Konzern-Ebene getroffen.

Gesetze oder Online-Foren müssen nicht selbst nach Vorgaben durchsucht werden. Dadurch wird Zeit gespart. Die Software ermöglich eine direkte Information der Mitarbeiter. Die Bearbeitung von Aufgaben kann zum Beispiel bei Ausfall durch Krankheit einfach nachvollzogen werden.

Pros

Die Erstellung eines individuellen und immer aktuellem Rechtskatasters ist ein großer Vorteil. Aufgaben können konzernweit mit einem Klick kommuniziert werden. Dadurch ist die Rechtssicherheit für das Unternehmen gegeben. Die Software schafft ein hohes Maß an Transparenz. Die Funktionsweise wird von Auditoren sehr gelobt und schafft dadurch eine hohe Akzeptanz.

Cons

Meiner Meinung nach gibt es keine fehlenden Funktionen.

Sehr positiv. Der GEORG Compliance Manager erleichtert das prüfen, ob bestimmte Gesetze für uns zutreffend sind oder nicht. wenn ja hilft dass allen Nutzer zu wissen, welche Aufgaben sich für Sie in ihrer Firmen-Funktion aus Gesetzen oder internen Anforderungen ergeben.

Pros

Hilft uns die umfangreiche Gesetzeslage für unsere Firma im Blick zu behalten und richtig umzusetzen.

Cons

Als Admin ist es nicht so leicht gleiche Aufgaben an viele verschiedene Personen zu verteilen. Ist immer mit Aufwand verbunden, vor allem, wenn man erst nachträglich die Rollenfunktion benutzt.

Rechtssichere Beratung und Unterstützung bei Auswahl der erforderlichen Pflichten. Rel. einfache Implementierung in der eigenen Netzwerkumgebung. Zuverlässige, regelmäßige Updates sowohl der Pflichten als auch der Software.

Cons

Teilweise gewöhnungsbedürftige Administration, das Handling von Rollen und Benutzern sowie Rechte könnte intuitiver sein.

Eindeutigkeit und Transparenz in der Zuordnung von Compliance-Regelungen/Aufgaben an Mitarbeiter. Regelmäßige Informationen über relevante Gesetzesänderungen. Weitestgehende Akzeptanz im Unternehmen.

Sehr gutes System zur Erfüllung der rechtlichen Verpflichtungen. Nach der Implementierung zeitspraned, da eigene Recherchen entfallen können.

Pros

Unser Hauptziel, das Rechtsregister im Rahmen der ISO 14001 Zertifizierung aktuell und vollständig zu halten, wurde mehr als erreicht. Der große Vorteil ist die verständliche Darlegung der Aufgaben, die aus anwendbaren rechtlichen Regelungen resultieren, und deren schnelle Anpassung bei Änderungen.

Cons

Wie bei jeder Software, muss die Bedienung geübt werden. Die Delegation von Aufgaben muss gut durchdacht sein, damit sie entsprechend akzeptiert werden.
