Pros Really intuitive, flexible and easy to use. We changed from market leader in Finland and never had to regret in any part. Superior in use, features and pricing. Really good and kind customer service. Inntender helped us also to reduce cost and made us more profitable. Now also in Finnish!!! Cons Inntender was quite hard to find. The customer service is fantastic and they are always quick to respond with requests, questions and data. InnTender is user friendly backed with solid reporting and customized modifications. I highly recommend this software company for hoteliers, rental companies or resorts world wide. As I searched, InnTender quickly rose to the top; and, I can say (happily) after installing the program that it came as promised. We have, now, been on the program for 3 months and we love it. It is the easiest program to train staff to use; yet, it is robust enough to provide all the information I need to run a turn-around property. The most impressive thing, for me, has been the EXCEPTIONAL support we've received after installing. I had real concerns that they would make the sale and we'd be left hanging with a lame help desk. It has a simplicity that makes it very intuitive, while remaining comprehensive in terms of functionality. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more user-friendly product with this much depth. There are no 'cons' with this program, because in those moments when one has arisen it has been resolved quickly, and it is in this where you find InnTender's greatest strength: their service. The people providing support are the best with whom I have ever dealt, and you'll quickly discover that if something is not operating the way you'd like they will work diligently to find a resolution. I can honestly say I've never had such cooperation from a software provider. I highly recommend this software. From the fluid processes of front-desk operations (check-ins, check-outs, room tracking, etc), to the expansive database of property management reports, to the value added through its time-management tools, you'll simply find no superior product on the market today. Had a wonderful experience in working with a company called LodgeTools. Their product is Inntender.. got to see it to believe it. The Hospitality Industry has been waiting on a PMS cloud based system like this to come along for a long time. I was provided with a webX demo, "Simply Amazing". From the first stroke, the ease of use; the flow of using the system to make reservations, from the folio's, amenities sections, . on and on :The product is so easily customized to the individual property.. life just got a whole lot easier (manageable) for the GM, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance etc. And the REPORTS are incredible.
