I have not had any troubles along my journey with them, so far. Their team is extremely supportive and understanding. The platform is really convenient to learn and use. I'm not planning to switch at all. Mykademy is the best. Pros It really helped me shift from traditional teaching methods to online teaching very easily. The website builder was simple to comprehend. Many credits to the onboarding support extended by the customer support team. Cons I just wish that they add more templates to the website builder. The platform offers everything you need to provide online learning programs to various market segments. The platform is user-friendly for the Learning provider, and programs are easy to load, edit, assign and offers many useful functions. Learners can be individuals, grouped in teams and even listed under their company. The ability to link various video conferencing platforms is a huge bonus, especially for those security-conscious clients. MyKademy has been a game-changer for us, in that we were able to be up and running programs within days. Pros Easy to navigate, create programs, upload learner profiles, schedule online classes and produce reports. MyKademy video conferencing rooms offer clear video, crisp sound quality and constant innovation means new or improved features. New features are well executed. The support team is easy to work with and is solution-oriented. Cons Nothing comes to mind—a pleased customer with satisfied clients.
