I have used this software for years and now it is at a state which makes it one of the most important tools for process compliance and adoption in our company.

Pros

It is very easy to setup basic functionality. It is great to have this system in Salesforce and it basically manage a large part of our team who all sit in different offices. We improve our processes monthly and it is in use daily.

Cons

It would be great if tasks were actually native tasks in Salesforce. Standard notifications could be more informative and nicer. More complex functionality is very difficult to setup.

Pros

Work-Relay as a system is dependable, consistent, and user-friendly. I can always count on the system to "work", which makes my administrator job easier. They also have an awesome team!

Cons

Being no-code, sometimes you find yourself having to go through a lot of complexities when you want to configure something out of the box or custom.

Pros

\- Very complete and flexible tool that allowed us to fill in gaps in Salesforce features that did not exist (process management, contextual and dynamic forms) - Great customer support from the team, very knowledgable, helping and fast to answer

Cons

We do not make use of some of the features such as the kanban or gantt chart and most of the planning or analytics.
