Being a BPO Services Company, we use WellWink for multiple medical centers and doctors for online appointment booking, communication with patients, document management, reputation management and email marketing. A widget on our client’s website is very useful for their patients to book appointments online. Automated review requests for medical practice and doctors are sent as soon as patient is checked out. Patient’s feedback is really helping them improve quality of care. It's really a great integrated feature. We love WellWink.

Pros

I would say, it is a complete patient engagement system suitable for any medical practice.

Cons

I did not find anything to be highlighted.

My experience with wellwink was awsome. i loved the interface and it is easy to use.

Pros

It is Simple and effective. There is no complexity in it.

Cons

There is not much to dislike. May be they can add a background wall paper to make it more attractive.
