Los contratos se firman de una manera más ágil y sencilla.

Pros

Su uso es muy práctico y es fácil de utilizar para cualquier usuario al que le mandas un documento.

Cons

Faltan más funciones como que se pueda con FIEL, que se pueda firmar en un apartado de firmas y no necesariamente al final del documento. Que solamente lo pueda firmar una persona.

Me gusta Cero Papel es una plataforma para firmar documentos de forma segura y muy fácil de usar. Su implementación en la empresa a sido rápida y a aumentado la velocidad de los procesos de documentación.

Cons

Hasta el momento no he tenido inconvenientes para revisar los documentos o firmarlos. Sigan así!

La implementación de Cero papel a significado una mayor rapidez en cerrar contratos, y en algunas gestiones donde se requieren el manejo de documentos de forma más ágil. Simplemente me quedo con Cero Papel.

Pros

Desde un principio el hecho de eliminar el papel en los procesos suena genial, a esto se suma el uso de firmas digitales, con los que se pueden agilizar los procesos, contratos y otros documentos contractuales.

Cons

La plataforma requiere de afinar algunos procesos, en algunos casos suelen tomar más tiempo de lo debido.

el getting started o el inicio por mi cuenta fue un tanto complejo siento que seria bueno que tuviera un step by step en la creacion de documentos.

En general el sistema me parece funcional, me parece practico y muy util

Pros

En general el Software me parece de gran funcionalidad, sobre todo para las empresas con presencia en otros lugares. Me gusta personalmente que se ha convertido en una herramienta que nos ayuda a solventar diversos procesos, a mantenernos comunicados y a dar respuesta rápida

Cons

Lo único que no me gusta al cien, es el hecho de no poder reutilizar formatos ya utilizados, editarlos y poder volver a enviarlos

Una muy buena experiencia, los recomiendo ampliamente para eficientar procesos y dejar de utilizar papel con el uso de la tecnología y mejorar la gestión de documentos con el nivel de certeza que se requiera.

Pros

La integración de los documentos y facilidad del equipo de ceropapel para hacernos ajustes que se adapten a la operación interna y dar mejor uso al producto que nos ofrecieron como opción.

Que los documentos no cuentan con números de páginas

Cons
