Pros

One of the most cost effective CRM's out there. You get a free CRM, has limited functions, but still allows you to do the basic CRM functions.

Cons

On the free version you are forced to keep certain fields and cannot delete them out unless you have a paid version.

Pros

It's integrated to always keep inbound marketing at the core. We have adopted and subscribed to the inbound methodology, and it makes it incredibly easy to have a completely integrated marketing platform at the middle of our inbound marketing activities. In one sentence: HubSpot's dedication to inbound is what I like most.

Cons

I have zero complaints with the vendor. I think the product is evolving, so there are going to be quirks and then advancements. Currently I am very pleased with branching workflows, which we had made suggestions for previously. I also think the social monitoring and posting could get better. It would be great if there was a big control station, like the one in Hootsuite. I would love to see a social integration that could hold its own in a social media war room - real time trends, multiple social platform integrations - with posting and stat tracking. It would be something where you could get the pulse of all of social media in one place.

The sales aspect is pretty good but for the money I would use Pipedrive instead. It feels like the pipeline is over built and getting to the information I need quickly seems cumbersome.

Pros

What I like best about HubSpot is the superior technical support. In 98% of the cases, the assistance is spot on. Someone is available at virtually any time and, even better, I am not treated like an idiot regardless of how basic my question is. It's hard to believe, but that does happen with some tech companies. Tied in with that is the fact that HubSpot actually listens to my suggestions for improvements and, in some cases, has reached out to me for my opinion on proposed changes. Both make me feel valued. Also, it's a great product. I love the way HubSpot has everything in one place. I can blog, send emails, update my website, figure out keywords, create landing page, look at how my competitors are doing and much more.

Cons

What I like least is the inability to post to Facebook groups or pages other than my fan and personal pages. I would also love to be able to add images to my LinkedIn posts from the social media scheduler tool.

Love how easy it is to gain visibility to leads coming in. Also, the mobile app works flawlessly so I have found myself using it a decent bit to live chat with people when I am away from my desktop.

Cons

Nothing too negative about it. One thing is remembering to go away when I leave work. Wish there was an automated away option based on business hours.

Pros

offers free subscription and has no major limitations in number of users or number of contacts as some of the competitors have. You can try it out as long as you want.

Cons

some futures have to be bought and can get expensive. Missing some automatisation, like for instance you have imported contacts with company names, but the companies are not shown, when you go from contacts to companies.

There are SO many things you can do with HubSpot. It is such a multi-faceted platform. Their customer service is very helpful. I have also found their online tutorials to be very helpful when trying to understand all of the moving parts on the platform.

Cons

There may almost be TOO much that you can use the system for, if that is possible. It is difficult to know everything that they offer because there is so much offered.

Pros

HubSpot really wants you to be successful with your inbound efforts. If you win, they win, because you keep renewing your contract every year. That's why they provide best-in-class support and lots of resources to ensure your success. They also have a growing partner network of designers, content creators, branding experts, CPC experts and more.

Cons

The workflows and sales CRM integrations can be tricky, but it's more because of the process than because of the tool. Everything you need to run a somewhat sophisticated automated marketing program are there, but it takes resources to put everything together. You can be successful with a 1-person marketing team, but you aren't going to be able to do a really deep implementation of the software. I also don't think it integrates well with Google Ads or social ads, but that could be on their long-term roadmap. That's the one thing we have to do outside of the software.

Cons

Hubspot should create a team that helps new CRM users to keep learning and uses best practices, There must be a team who keep tracking ROI and share with the buyer.

Hubspot Sales provides the functionality to manage your accounts in a lean time saving way. I really like the fact that I can create contacts, record where we are in the sales process and filter that in the homepage to save time and increase productivity. I also enjoy the fact that I can go through the certifications which help me manage my contacts better.

Pros

It talks with other parts of the system, meaning that if I create a client and it has a corporate email, it links to the other clients within that email.

Cons

It is not as intuitive as I wished. The certifications help if I have the time to make them.

Cons

Feel that it's not very user-friendly platform. Compared to other CRM competitors it doesn't have as clean of a user interface, overall it looks a bit outdated.

Gamme complète pour la gestion des ventes avec de jolis tableaux de bord. Permet une automatisation du processus de vente. Et il y a pas mal d'intégration avec des applications tierces.

Clairement couteux, la configuration initiale peut être laborieuse et comme souvent un temps d'apprentissage assez long.

Moving to Hubspot Sales for us was a difficult decision but ultimately the right one. We were already utilizing the Hubspot Marketing Platform and wanted to bring our entire buying journey together in one platform to provide the type of data we needed to power our acquisition efforts. We got a lot more than we'd hoped. The transition to Hubspot Sales was quite simple, it challenged us to build out our processes a bit further and allowed us to leverage automation technology to manage some of our follow-up process. Where the product falls short is in it's reporting capabilities.

Pros

The amount of great features, like Meetings, Templates and Sequences. This tool allowed us to shut down three others, it's highly valuable and low cost.

Cons

Reporting is very weak, even with the add-on reporting product.
