Pros

The thing I like most about HubSpot is that everything is in one easy-to-use platform. Making connections with our marketing data is a lot easier now, because we can see everything a prospect has done, whether they visited a Web page, opened an email campaign or filled out a form.

Cons

I cannot take my own HTML and drop it straight into the email builder. HubSpot makes you use their templates, which in my opinion, aren't very sexy. You can purchase pre-built email templates, but you still have to customize them from a branding perspective. And to do that, it's extremely helpful to know HTML. I've used many other email vendors (Emma, Constant Contact, MailChimp, ExactTarget) and a number of them let you drop in your own HTML. I really think HubSpot should reconsider this.

Pros

The best thing about the Hubspot CRM is that it is another extension between the marketing team and the sales team. It has helped us all be on the same page, and continues to help us grow and work together.

Cons

I do wish that it has some prospecting capabilities and that the sidekick was fully integrated with the CRM inside of the same dashboard. I love all the products but would like to have them in the same place.

Overall it was a good product. I used it for some time and found it way better than a spreadsheet. Would recommend it for both SME and large companies looking to optimize the Sales department.

Pros

There are several good features, such as contact lodging and calls tracking. It also allows multiple team members to input.

Cons

Could be more intuitive to use. Navigating across tabs sometimes is confusing and creating new clients takes several clicks.

The CRM has good features, easy-to-use, very useful. Specially for small business, it seems you can growth with it.

Cons

Gap from free to paid is high for a growing small business. I Think that to add new features and depending on the number of users should be the first level price. Low if users are few.

Pros

The thing that I like best about HubSpot is that everything is wrapped into one when it comes to inbound marketing. You can control your blogs, social media, and CRM all in one place. It also makes it very easy to link one thing to another. For example, when creating a social post, it has a convenient drop-down menu that lists all of your blogs. This makes it very easy to share your blogs and other content that you've created.

Cons

The thing that I like least about this product is that you cannot do anything on Google+ communities. The only actions you can perform for Google+ is posting on your own page. This allows less tracking on this platform and will likely misrepresent how well it is actually working for your business.

Pros

There's lots to rave about when it comes to HubSpot, but I have to say that what I like most about it is that it's constantly improving. While HubSpot is already an essential component of Pyxl's inbound/digital marketing, as well as most of our clients, they also do an amazing job of taking user suggestions and making the platform better each and every month. HubSpot is also one of those companies that you can't help but buy into the culture of! Great product, great company!

Cons

There's not much to dislike about HubSpot, but one area of improvement I see is around the reporting functionality. The reports that are currently available are helpful, but I could definitely see this part of the platform being improved.

Ease of use, integration with many vendors and solutions, workflow is very beneficial, mobile app is very useful.

Cons

In ability to send email campaigns unless you use the marketing module, sending bulk emails, for example, multiple people in a deal is not possible, price is high, some field properties are not customizable.

Pros

The HubSpot platform is fairly easy to use, and everything I can't figure out is a phone call away. Support is great and always friendly. You don't have to pay extra to access fast answers either. Their support team walks the walk and talks the talk so you also aren't stuck explaining foreign concepts to them when you need help figuring out how to make a workflow work best. I just love their support.

Cons

In the spirit of agile, they are constantly pushing updates to the system. Most updates are great, but sometimes it seems like buttons disappear or move over night, and it can be a little annoying trying to find out where that thing went when it used to be right here. It happens rarely though!

Pros

HubSpot continually adds features that make it easier to get all of the nitty-gritty details done in a faster way. So much goes into lets say a webinar, and HubSpot ties it all together in a way that makes my day much smoother. HubSpot also does a great job at giving you tools to succeed. They work hard to make sure their customers are not only in their system daily, but avid fans.

Cons

I dislike the loading speed while using landing pages, but it could be my internet connection. The HubSpot icon just spins an spins and spins sometimes. I also get overwhelmed in the system a lot and find that the custom reporting has a lot more potential than it currently offers.

We use HubSpot for campaign management, lead generation, lead management, nurturing (sending follow-up emails, campaigns, etc), inbound marketing, and tracking. While my personal experience in the Sales platform is lesser than the Marketing platform, it has still been an excellent tool. The tasks option is also an interesting feature I look forward to working with.

Pros

Customer support at HubSpot is incredible to say the least. For most of our issues, our direct account manager stays on top of everything and doesn't let much slip through the cracks. For anything she can't handle, filing a support ticket is usually a very quick and easy process.

Cons

We've experienced a few glitches in the system that have occurred at critical times for our clients. This has prevented the automated followup systems from working, which has resulted in our clients being left with cold leads. At HubSpot's price, this should not be an issue. And when it is an issue, they should be willing to reimburse our clients for the month at the very least.

I love the short learning curve, and the fact that there is a free account option. An administrator can create teams within a list of users for information sharing, and it is simple to "tag" other users to share information (similar to social media).

Cons

Frequent updates and changes to layout Some features are locked- there is not a "middle ground" user type. Either administrative with access to absolutely everything, or there is essentially a "view only" user type.

Pros

Usually I can get Customer Service right away. I usually get the happiest and friendliest people from Hubspot help me out.

Cons

Names and emails was not appearing. I was trying to explain to the customer support what I did.

Pros

Hubspot is constantly providing excellent content, on top of the software, that makes my job easier. They lead the way in new and creative ways to use the software and reach prospects and thrill clients. I feel powerful using Hubspot software knowing it can do most anything I need it to do.

Cons

Occasionally I've had issues where I'll submit a problem or functionality issue, and I'll get a response from customer service that they're looking into it and will get back to me, but they don't. Once I had three weeks pass and I was forced to contact them again for an answer. It can be frustrating, but those instances are generally few and far between.

Super simple UI with a very understandable format. Easy to import and export. UI is also very fast. Great CRM for new or small companies.

Cons

Not much to expand as the company grows. No email integration or online document integration. Have to input manually.

Pros

I've always been a fan of the HubSpot softwares and HubSpot Sales is no different. The monthly fee is very much worth the price as it gives you full access to all of the features. I love being able to setup and schedule meetings, do email marketing, and store documents in the same place that my leads are managed.

Cons

I don't really have any cons to HubSpot Sales. It's overall a great product, highly recommend!

Pros

The smaller the company, the more difficult it is to do everything effectively. One of these areas is in brand marketing. For me, HubSpot is my brand marketing software team. There is so much to learn and there is no limit to their knowledge base and resources. The marketing resources and how-to is delivered with personality and in a fun way. Inbound Marketing is the new way of doing things and my content will live on rather than dying in an ad which has a short shelf life. Tech support is extremely responsive. Their followup is excellent.

Cons

It's the learning curve I like least. It takes time.

Pros

I really like how HubSpot is so user-friendly and provides me many opportunities to market for my clients. If they want me to do blogging and social media, I can do that. If they need me to create a landing page, I can do that. (And I'm not a developer!) Also, the customer service is great. I can always get a hold of my account rep and we can figure out any issue.

Cons

There really isn't much about HubSpot that I don't like. I have had issues with the tracking data. My analytics aren't always correct, but as I said before, the customer service is great and helps with that whenever I call.
