Pros

The smaller the company, the more difficult it is to do everything effectively. One of these areas is in brand marketing. For me, HubSpot is my brand marketing software team. There is so much to learn and there is no limit to their knowledge base and resources. The marketing resources and how-to is delivered with personality and in a fun way. Inbound Marketing is the new way of doing things and my content will live on rather than dying in an ad which has a short shelf life. Tech support is extremely responsive. Their followup is excellent.

Cons

It's the learning curve I like least. It takes time.

Pros

I really like how HubSpot is so user-friendly and provides me many opportunities to market for my clients. If they want me to do blogging and social media, I can do that. If they need me to create a landing page, I can do that. (And I'm not a developer!) Also, the customer service is great. I can always get a hold of my account rep and we can figure out any issue.

Cons

There really isn't much about HubSpot that I don't like. I have had issues with the tracking data. My analytics aren't always correct, but as I said before, the customer service is great and helps with that whenever I call.

Pros

The support team is great - always ready and eager to help answer questions, resolve technical issues, and provide strategy. The product is an all-in-one solution to inbound marketing, with blogging, social media, email, and reporting components, just to name a few. The product is very intuitive, allowing non-graphic designers like myself to easily build email templates and landing pages.

Cons

One of the cons to an all-in-one solution is that some areas are stronger than others. Lead scoring is a bit challenging and repetitive to set up, but support is helpful in suggesting workarounds.

The software is incredibly intuitive. The way the platform is built allows for scalability for their customers to really use every aspect of the tool available to them. HubSpot as a company has a great culture. Their support team is second to none, and they really value and appreciate their customers.

Cons

There truly isn't anything that I don't like about HubSpot. They are wonderful!

Pros

I like the all-in-one simplicity of HubSpot. I'm not managing separate tools for email, social, keywords, landing pages, etc. Plus, since they're all on the same platform, getting metrics for campaigns across multiple media is a snap. What I love best, though, is that Hubspot is always improving the product. It just keeps getting better!

Cons

I'm trying to think of something, but I'm having a hard time doing so. The way email subscriptions are managed from the subscriber's perspective is weird, but my understanding is that issue will be addressed sometime in 2015.

Pros

I like that you do not have to be an expert web developer to use this product. I find it to be mostly user-friendly; however, it isn't always intuitive. I have had to search online for tips/tricks or contact support for assistance, but I am always able to achieve my goals.

Cons

There isn't much that we dislike about HubSpot. It can be a bit finicky. Editing pages can be cumbersome when you have to repeatedly move to different places within the application. The reporting feature provides the basic information that you need, but it could be more inclusive.

I have been a loyal user of HubSpot for 2.5+ years now, and it has greatly simplified my life. I can now go to one source for sales tracking, blog writing, and management and real time statistics on my SEO. As the leader of our company, I can go to one place and get the big picture as well, as details on my sales, marketing, and SEO presence.

Cons

I have not had a reason to dislike the product or the service. In fact, we were onboarded as a new client with ease, and I find that the online FAQ and resource library answer my questions.

It has all the tools a marketer needs is all in one place, and includes the best practices to help guide the process. It's easy to use and intuitive and the resources and staff are always very helpful if you ever need anything. Also, this tool is scalable to both the small marketing team as well as the large marketing team, so anyone can use it and become a marketing master!

Cons

Every once in awhile the system goes down, but HubSpot's support is always very good about taking care of it in a timely manner and getting back to you.

I not only like the amount of features that they have within this product, but all the training courses and support that goes along with each of those features. It makes for a super seamless process learning and sticking with your inbound efforts.

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to change the website code beyond a single landing page or site page. There are just a couple times that I've run into a problem and I needed someone with website coding skills to help me with a change that I think should have been pretty small.

Pros

I love that HubSpot is the marketer's tool to better marketing. They truly listen to the customer's opinion of how a marketing platform should function/look and try to mold the best of everyone's ideas into their own platform.

Cons

The only downside I have with HubSpot is that their social functions are not as fluid as they could be. I think platforms like Hootsuite offer a much easier way to share information when posting to various social media outlets and scheduling posts for the most optimal time of day.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about HubSpot. I recently got my inbound certification, and the videos were extremely well done and clear. I also follow HubSpot on social media, and I always find interesting and useful articles.

What's not to like about HubSpot! It's a killer inbound marketing platform that helps you stay on top of the details. Support and CE (Continuing Education) classes are just as valuable as the software itself.

Cons

My biggest con is the file management of landing pages and site pages.

HubSpot takes all of the tools that you should be using and puts them into one dashboard with complete control. You get your marketing automation, social media management, CRM, website management, and research tools in one place. See when your customers interact with you, attract new leads, and close more deals.

Cons

The CRM could use a little tweaking, but it is still somewhat early in its implementation. I still like it more than other CRMs I've used in the past.

I love my HubSpot software. Using this software, you can create sophisticated marketing campaigns all by yourself. Create a quick landing page, email, CTA button and you're done. Then use the metrics provided on your dashboard to track everything. It runs really fast, is easy to understand, bugs are extremely rare and customer service is always standing by to help.

Cons

Even though the cost is the majority of our marketing budget, I feel it is a great value.

Pros

It does the data analysis for you and streamlines sending messages out through various social media channels.

Cons

I cannot edit posts after they are published. I send messages out into several groups, and I have to go individually to each one to delete it if a change needs to be made. It would be nice to have an option on each message to simply click all or several and delete (like deleting emails works), or even better to edit so I don't have to delete.
