Pros

My favorite thing about HubSpot is that it achieves tight integration between the different elements of marketing. It's one nice toolbox that brings everything together. Additionally, the user interface is quite smooth. HubSpot is comfortable to use and is very well-designed.

Cons

The biggest issue is that it takes a long time to get your HubSpot account skinned to match your website. We would prefer a quicker timeframe and more attention detail.

Pros

It was intuitive to use; enjoyable to use in keeping track of new leads.

Cons

Too expensively priced for small businesses. Also does not interface with Zimbra email platform; without interfacing with one's email platform, a CRM program is quite useless.

There are many great features this product has to offer. From keyword tracking, blogging, Landing Pages, and many more. What really makes HubSpot standout is their community and excellent support. They are looking to help your business grow by creating excellent content and developing a true inbound community.

Cons

I like just about everything the product has to offer. I would like to see a lower price point if I could change anything.

Pros

As a vendor, the HubSpot people are amazingly friendly, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. The product itself is mind-blowing in its comprehensiveness. The analytics are automated and very useful, and the publishing/posting capabilities make running a social media campaign infinitely manageable.

Cons

The program is expensive! But, you get what you pay for. It definitely has a steep learning curve to be able to effectively use it.

We've been using HubSpot for about a year now, and it has allowed us to start out with more rudimentary marketing activities and build up to more sophisticated ones as we learn and grow. Throughout, the UI is extremely user-friendly and intuitive and has really helped us actively market ourselves in more effective ways.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about. There is so much support content available that it can almost be overwhelming!

The product is very intuitive and analytical. It allows us to accurately track and optimize our campaigns and content to attract the warmest leads. The support is also excellent, with articles to help almost every single question I have typed into the database.

Cons

It is a bit overwhelming at first, but after doing training and instructional webinars, I feel that I have started to master all of the functions and features of the tool.

Pros

The platform is very complete and has endless tools and options to create a strong marketing campaign. Customer service is impeccable. It allows us to manage everything in one system; the mobile app is easy and effective and great when on the road.

Cons

I have had no problems so far. You just need to understand it requires a serious commitment in time and effort to build up and really take advantage of all the system offers.

Pros

We have leveraged the platform since 2009, and they continue to innovate the platform; it's awesome to seem them reinvesting back into the software so often.

Cons

By far, it's a minor critique, but I think that they could do a better job updating customers of these new features. I do hear from other customers that it comes as a surprise, and they can spend time looking for a new feature or where the old one has moved to.

HubSpot CRM is great, and is perfect for small businesses. Only problem is permissions and profiles are limited - which means that ultimately if you want to grow your business and use HubSpot CRM - be prepared to switch CRM at some point in the future.
