Pros

The company offers thousands of hours of free inbound marketing content. The software allows you to track many different campaigns at once, gives you a lot of granularity if you want it, and makes marketing a science.

Cons

There are a ton of moving parts, and there are constant updates (which is usually good, but sometimes it's tough to re-learn how to do the same things in the new way).

Pros

I really like the deeper level of information you can get on visitors to your site, even more so than Google Analytics. We see things such as the city/state, company, and IP address for all of our website's visitors.

Cons

I wish the site would update more frequently when it comes to displaying data like site visits, page views, etc. Currently it updates just once every few hours or so.

Pros

The HubSpot support is fantastic. There are plenty of other tools for email marketing, social scheduling, web analytics etc., but they don't all come with a friendly person waiting by the phone whenever you need help.

Cons

It can be hard to sell the methodology as separate from "HubSpot says so." We believe in it, but on-boarding others to the same place is a long process.

The ease of use and training available on HubSpot's site are what make my experience so great. I always have information at my fingertips. Plus, integrating with GoToMeeting and Salesforce is a breeze.

Cons

There can be some glitches, as is expected from software companies as they improve their product. They are very transparent about these issues though.

It is extremely easy to get started, and it just works. It allows our marketing and customer success teams to work much more efficiently.

Cons

There's so much that it can sometimes be overwhelming. We feel like we may be using only around 50% of the features within Hubspot, and it can be a little bit difficult to structure a workflow that is optimized.

The ability to host some (and now all) of our website content on HubSpot's COS platform makes for managing our content and marketing campaigns super easy.

Cons

HubSpot is highly invested in user experience testing (which is great), but sometimes this results in more frequent product updates and changes that you'll need to familiarize yourself with.

All my web, email, blog, and social tools are together in one place. I can publish, edit, monitor, and track everything from one place. This makes my life much easier!

Cons

They have lots of updates, so it's difficult to keep up with everything. However, that's not really HubSpot's fault; they have to move with technology.
