The software allows you to track many different campaigns at once, gives you a lot of granularity if you want it, and makes marketing a science. Cons There are a ton of moving parts, and there are constant updates (which is usually good, but sometimes it's tough to re-learn how to do the same things in the new way). Review Source BH Ben H. We see things such as the city/state, company, and IP address for all of our website's visitors. Cons I wish the site would update more frequently when it comes to displaying data like site visits, page views, etc. Currently it updates just once every few hours or so. Review Source JI Julia I. There are plenty of other tools for email marketing, social scheduling, web analytics etc., but they don't all come with a friendly person waiting by the phone whenever you need help. Cons It can be hard to sell the methodology as separate from "HubSpot says so." We believe in it, but on-boarding others to the same place is a long process. Review Source CC Carolyn C. I always have information at my fingertips. Plus, integrating with GoToMeeting and Salesforce is a breeze. It allows our marketing and customer success teams to work much more efficiently. Cons There's so much that it can sometimes be overwhelming. Cons HubSpot is highly invested in user experience testing (which is great), but sometimes this results in more frequent product updates and changes that you'll need to familiarize yourself with.
