Pros

HubSpot is so easy to use. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Plus, the trainings and guides are outstanding. I have never used another system that gives such in-depth training to their customers. I never feel lost on the site.

Cons

I truthfully cannot think of anything that I don't like about HubSpot.

It feels at first a little overwhelming. I think for someone who is a novice user, it can be intimidating at first.

Cons

We find the reporting not nearly as strong as say Google Analytics. So, for true site analysis and performance, we use other tools.

Cons

The reporting section of HubSpot is still quite lacking, which is why we continue to rely on Salesforce for pretty much all of our reporting.

1\. The best of this platform is the calendar notification for tasks, they send you a notification when you have something to do in the software, things that you put in your tasks.

Cons

1, The problem that you can find in Hubspot Sales, is when you are working for a company and all your contacts are companies, the platform don´t let you keep the contact like company, they keep it like persons.

Sometimes, it's a little too invasive with the followup calls. I would recommend some lag time between when a prospect visits the HubSpot site and when that prospect receives some correspondence.
