Overall pretty easy Sales process tool to manage selling systems.

Pros

Intuitive platform helps me develop Sales engineering processes for my company. Support has been key, and additional Help tools have been great to develop usability.

Cons

Does not sync with My Office 365 system for client calendaring. Have to double-entry all meetings in these systems to ensure tracking on one side and calendaring on the other. Calendars don't sync, and I have missed a few meetings because if it.

### "Track your leads through Sales Process"

Very easy to get set up and going. By tracking the phases of the sale and moving between (can use drag and drop in table view) it easily allows a quick view of the sales funnel. It allows for quick interaction with HubSpot marketing to send targeted communication relevant to the stage of the deal. The export function is also a favorite as it facilitates quick reporting on fields managed in HubSpot into presentations or management reports.

Pros

The ease of tracking initial prospects through all the phases of sales we track to ultimate won or lost deal

Cons

Inability to go back and link communication with prospects not initially logged in the client record. Unless all emails are logged and tracked when the contact record is accessed some emails may not be present in Hubspot.

It was a nice test, but I can't say that I would use it for just 1 person. I was immediately turned off by some of the features. Probably works great if you have a multiperson sales team.

Pros

The integration with Office 365 was pretty easy and it was nice that the tool worked directly inside of outlook.

Cons

The price and helpfulness for a 1 man shop was pretty lacking. I would have liked a version of the software that was capable for a single user that doesn't have a sales team.

Pros

Tasking system for reminders and follow-ups, then the ability to run reports from tasks and emails.

Cons

like any software, there are some hiccups in updates and bugs but that is to be expected! They do a great job in response and fixes.

Our team is managing customer management in Hubspot. Overall its OK. You have to get used to the system in order to benefit from it, and not constantly working in data validation processes.

Pros

Mainly, as a user, I spend my time with Deals and Tasks. I do enjoy dashboard view, possibilities to link company, contacts, deals, easiness of re-assignment to other users.

Cons

There is nothing really to actively dislike. I find its good for standard workflows and processes. But the moment a situation is a bit different (and in reality this happens a lot), you need to switch to a complete manual handling of all of your actions. And basically you can do the same in your gmail.

For the Free cost it excellent. When business picks up I will buy into the payable version. Not invoicing any one right now. It been over 4 months with NO INCOME!!!

Pros

Ease of use and great interface and how it integrates with other software i.e. Freshbooks

Cons

Text messaging is a huge part of our business and having to add texting is labor-intensive. When setting a new task. It doesn't create the next step in the sales process

Overall, Hubspot streamlines the sales experience and gives you the nudges/prioritization you need to stay on top of tasks. It's definitely helped me - I don't know how much value it provides for the price point, but I'm not the admin/buyer.

Pros

I've been very impressed with Hubspot's capabilities (especially as someone who has used Salesforce before). Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself. I especially love the integration with gmail.

Cons

Some integrations are buggy/weak - the integration with Asana is especially poor, as the functionality once a task is pushed to Asana it is not useful. Also wish there was a way to filter the way attachments are automatically added - having a ton of email signatures saved is annoying when you're trying to find a contract.

All our sales pipelines are on Hubspot. It's really good because we can connect with Hubspot CRM and automate most of our process.

Pros

Hubspot is really complete and it has an amazing API which you can connect almost any app to it. All our sales pipelines are on Hubspot Sales, and it does an awesome job.

Cons

Hubspot does really have a lot of good features and is the best software out there, but the price is really expensive. Sometimes we consider moving away from it just to lower some of our costs.

Sales Hub makes basic CRM functionality accessible to SMBs who often do not have the resources (time, money or people) or knowledge. It enables them to better manage deals and prospects.

Cons

The design of the CRM is heavily focused on an inbound sales model, so the platform lacks design functionality for other models such as outbound. Companies with moderate to complex requirements will not find the flexibility they are looking for.

\-Integrates really well with other tools -- most sales software offer a Hubspot integration which makes really easy to try new 3rd party tools to make your sales stack better

Cons

\- Didn't have a great way to communicate in the tool -- other software offer things like emailing within your CRM so you can keep everything in one place

Pros

Ability to log all emails, calls and activities is very valuable. All teams of the office can view status of any deals.

Cons

Mobile compatibility should be there. Ability to cc or bcc users on all emails, adding other default team members in all sales meetings are some features that would help

At first, I set to track each email that I sent out. That was not a clever idea because then I got notified almost all the time. Now I only mark the emails that would make sence for me to call as someone is reading my email. Amazing free tool, so easy to use.

Pros

I get instant notification when someone is opening my email - that is a good time to call. Sometimes it could be months later that this happens, giving me the signal that now your topic is hot. Also information about the opposite could be benefitual, i.e. that the recipient is not reading your email (however this could also be technical, by not allowing pictures)

Cons

When sending out email to multiple recipients, Sidekick does not separate the recipients so you can only guess who's reading by location info.

Pros

Love that the sales system is directly integrated into the same platform as the marketing system. It creates a perfect combination for a one-two punch that helps get things done.

Cons

There are some features that you would miss having used larger sales systems, however the direct integration with the marketing side of the house far outweighs those small features. Plus they are always adding things so it is likely it will be added in the future anyway.

I was with another CRM for years which took me forever to learn. When I started using HubSpot it took me only about a day to get the hang of it.

Pros

Easier to use than previous CRM for a lot less. Does everything we need and integrates with slack which is important.

Cons

Too many sales and marketing emails until I turned that off in my preference center. Other than that the CRM is great.

I like the business model. There are lots of features for free and you can choose to upgrade as your job function or company grows.

Pros

In my sales role, my favorite function of HubSpot is the ability to track your prospects in the sales funnel, but also the ability to see when emails are opened. This way I can see that the customer is actually "alive" and now I can follow up to better close the sale.

Cons

No real complaints on my end. I suggest maybe pricing some of the features at a lower price? But I understand HutSpot is also a business and need to make money too.
