I've used Hubspot sales on teams of 8 and teams of 200. It's a great tool that can help you scale your business and grow your sales big time. It's super easy to use, they offer great support and we love this software.

Cons

Generally speaking, Hubspot has been a pretty awesome company to work with. I don't have any complaints at this time.

We have a pretty large list of customers in our database. It loads everything rather quickly compared to competitors. Very easy to learn as well.

Cons

At times the User Experience is a little clunky. We tried our other CRMs and it was very user friendly.

Before I discovered Hubspot I often would wonder was "that" email opened, now there are no more questions if it was I can track it.

Pros

I really like the the email Open feature. It allows me to follow how many times an email that I send to a customer or potential customer. This feature is great for timely follow ups.

Cons

I have use Hubspot for several years and I cannot think of anything I would want to see added. It does everything I need.

If you are currently using excel or any other non CRM software to track your prospects, STOP. Switch to Hubspot! You won't be sorry.

Pros

I was previously using Excel to track prospects. It was working although it was VERY time consuming. Then I discovered Hubspot! Life has never been better! I have all my prospects in one place. I can track the correspondence I have with each prospect and set follow up reminders. It's all in one place and the history of the account is easy to review.

Cons

I use the free version, which does not include the email campaign feature which is a bummer. But you get a lot for the free version, including dashboards for pipeline evaluation, which is great.

Pros

I like how it is a Sales Hub with easy campaign management. A great design that helps with the effectiveness of each email sent.

Cons

I don't like the high cost, which might not be such a negative for big businesses.

\- email templates are easy to construct and distribute to your team - processes such as inputting contact information and data gathering are fully automated - notifications and follow up reminders are fantastic - integration with the Hubspot marketing tool and Salesforce

\- need to spend a fair amount of money if you want to make it worthwhile - more data analytics options would be nice

Worth it to check out but I would recommend other applications, especially if you plan to expand in the future.

Pros

Easy to use and an overall great UI. The free account is great for freelancers or very small businesses. An absurd amount of integrations with other software and applications. HubSpot has a fully free CRM that you can integrate as well.

Cons

Features on the free account are very limited and allow only for basic sales functions. Any paid account is very expensive, especially for small or solo businesses. I have had some issues with bugs at times (they are fixed reasonably quickly, however).

Pros

Free tool. Sales people liked using because of all the smoke and mirrors around the data. Sales people apparently liked knowing who opens emails and visits the website.

Cons

Nothing is free. They charge for everything and are limited in what they deliver. Purchases thinking I was going to be able to manage marketing to sales lead generation but ended up needing to manage all their charges instead of the lack of features.

Encourage everyone to at least try this software for a couple weeks and see how well they adapt to it. Easy to use and simple approach.

Pros

Great ability to set up future "tasks" on certain dates/times. Instead of overloading a calendar with a "to-do" list, using the tasks reminders is more convenient, and straightforward.

Cons

Having "double-entry" leads and customers can be cumbersome, but easy to fix if needed. Not having email addresses can be a hurdle.

Anyone that works in sales needs this software, it has a wide range of features and really helps you with gettig your work done

It is quite complicated to use and needs some time for the soft landing of new resources but it's great, the cost is high but pays off.

Pros

As with the entire Hubspot suite of tools, their Hubspot Sales has a range of really great tools that can really help with your sales processes. It syncs directly into their CRM and marketing tools which means there's end-to-end oversight and management of all of your processes, which is really helpful and time-saving.

Cons

It's only useful if you take advantage of the Hubspot CRM and the real benefits come into play when you use the entire Hubspot suite. Their CRM is very good, especially as a free CRM tool but there are many limitations compared to more advanced competitor CRM products on the market, and it might not be suitable for your specific business - so definitely check this before making a decision.

Pros

It has basically everything you need to get started. It's ways to use and you don't need training to use the features. Support is also great.

Cons

Sometimes there are just better products out there for your specific needs which will be better than Hubspot.

for my experience, it is a very good tracking system, for people who have previously handled another system of prospection and sales tracking, In addition if you have experience in specific markets and a good relationship with your customers, you can plan future sales lines (segments / niches), which will require or are growing in the market.

Pros

It is very friendly and easy to understand, especially to schedule follow-ups with clients and planning sales of product lines and future market needs.

Cons

Although it is friendly and easy to understand, it requires expertise in the management of the sale and know how to interpret statistics

Pros

I started using HubSpot Sales because I wanted a tool that would let me track email opens. HubSpot is great for this. I can see who opens my emails and how many times they do it. This helps me follow up with prospects a the right time. Then I explored their sales CRM and used it for a few months. It's a nice free tool to track your leads. It helped me organize my prospecting and motivated me to set (and meet) a monthly income goal.

Cons

The free CRM is not mind-blowing, but it makes sense. They paid CRM has a lot more capabilities but it would only be suitable for bigger businesses. Setting up customized reports is complicated.
