Pros

Our company used the hubspot sales crm tool to connect with potential new software clients. There is a browser and email plugin that can be super helpful with logging people directly and recalling information

Cons

The system felt somewhat clunky and was not super user friendly. While you were able to access everything you needed, it was not the greatest way to pull up info in a timely manner.

Pros

This Platform is very useful when tracking important transactions. You can actually see if your emails are being read. It helps you to boost your marketing strategy and sales plan.

Cons

There are some limited features to be improved. Like sending email to multiple people, you can't see the specific person who actually open the email. There are also some problem i encounter with search tabs.

I liked the fact it was intergrated with my emails so I could send emails directly from the system, also track the emails that had been opened

Cons

for someone who may not be good with systems it could have been quite difficult for someone to use.

Pros

HubSpot has allowed the inbound sales reps to excel by giving them the exact information needed to make a sale. Hubspot has also given us the data that our inbound team is leading in sales versus the outbound-cold calling team. Not only does Hubtspot help sales reps receive the potential client's information, it also provides us with the data necessary in order to find whats working and what is not.

Cons

This is unanimous throughout our entire company, I do not think anyone has found a flaw with Hubspot thus far.

When I took on a role in sales I needed to learn about the new software, I was happy I learned quickly and was able to navigate easily through the different features.

Pros

I like being able to track phone calls, emails, and meetings with leads. It is helpful for organizing leads and creating potential deals.

Cons

I had a difficult time figuring out how to mark a lead as a "cold lead" or I would have liked the option to customize a lead status.

Pros

HubSpot has been an awesome addition to my e-commerce business. It's been so much easier since adding HubSpot on to increase our analytics tracking to improve lifetime partnerships with our clients.

Cons

The initial adjustment period of getting used to the platform was a bit confusing but the customer support was excellent and helped us make the shift.

Pros

This platform does everything. You can manage marketing campaigns, send emails, manage contracts, run a sales team, log calls and emails to clients...free plugins for outlook, phone, and even Gmail tie in. We've also had great luck using the API's to push and pull data from other CRM's into/from Hubspot. Documentation is clear (JSON knowledge required)

Cons

It's a bit daunting for a new user. Very little in user guides is provided by Hubspot. Virtually no customer service from Hubspot either. Instead they give you access to a user created help area. It's got lots of videos and articles, but it's awful to use, and hard to find basic videos for how a end user should get started. In the end we just used google for support.

Pros

The product works seamlessly with the business to provide data directly into our main CRM system, it's simple to configure and so long as no one changes the config without telling anyone it is always working and providing data

Cons

Within the implementation of HubSpot that we use, the scope of leads is quite small, only addressing data from the USA. Not so much a con of the system. But it would be good if the higher management would allow more countries to take advantage of the solution.

Pros

It has all the features you need for scaling a large call center. There are many customizable options of how you want any and everything set up and it's much easier to use than many of it's competitiors.

Cons

It's a bit clunky and takes some getting used to (like any other sales CRM). Sometimes records don't update everywhere in the CRM immiediately and the lag can be a bit annoying.

The add ons are expensive for a small business. There are plenty of free options available in several different solutions that can get you close to the hubspot one stop shop

Pros

I'm a 18+ yr digital marketing professional. I've used just about every marketing automation tool out there. HubSpot, who are not without areas to improve upon, are simply the best. If you are a modern marketer, there is no other company that walks their talk. The dedication to customer success, improvement on the tool, the access to experts and the product team at HubSpot who actually listen and take action, these are what I like the most.

Cons

With every rollout of new products and features (i.e. "HubSpot 3", the COS, Sales Accelerator), I feel that HubSpot has consistently not delivered when it comes to helping customers migrate. HubSpot must do more to have features that are actually ready for primetime and whatever the shortcomings may be, HubSpot must dedicate itself to optimizing it for their customers. Other areas that are sorely lacking is HubSpot's SEO/keyword tools and the Prospects app. If you are going to offer it as a feature, you must dedicate product teams to improve upon them. Otherwise, take them out.

The most important feature that our startup is looking for is, how is the sales emails been targeted and reporting functionality that gives a huge leverage for the sales. We use it on almost daily basis now and looks like it's here to stay.

Cons

Also for a startup like us it's a little expensive plus the customer service are not always there on the other end. Maybe our assumption could be wrong. Free software edition should also include automation tools which can help cater to clients in business to clients hierarchy.

Pros

The ease of use and the templates and how it connects with email platforms. Being able to use the templates through the email platform and notifications when they read the email(s).

Cons

Some features are limited or available for marketing instead of sales which the cost jumps excessively between Sales and Marketing especially for a start up business with low revenue.

Cons

The modules keep adding up as you scale up and eventually it gets pricey. The ROI then might be difficult to justify for small teams.

Still learning how to best utilize it's many features, but it has given us the tools to completely change our sales team and their flow.

Pros

It's very user friendly, and if you can't figure it out there is a Hubspot course for you to take. I like that it does so much, and doesn't make you pay for every valuable feature.

Cons

My only complaint so far has been the transfer of our CRM data over from our previous software to this one. It was hard to transfer and then it transferred a bit jumbled, so manual clean up has taken a fair amount of time.

One of the most cost effective CRM's out there. You get a free CRM, has limited functions, but still allows you to do the basic CRM functions.

Cons

On the free version you are forced to keep certain fields and cannot delete them out unless you have a paid version.

Pros

It's integrated to always keep inbound marketing at the core. We have adopted and subscribed to the inbound methodology, and it makes it incredibly easy to have a completely integrated marketing platform at the middle of our inbound marketing activities. In one sentence: HubSpot's dedication to inbound is what I like most.

Cons

I have zero complaints with the vendor. I think the product is evolving, so there are going to be quirks and then advancements. Currently I am very pleased with branching workflows, which we had made suggestions for previously. I also think the social monitoring and posting could get better. It would be great if there was a big control station, like the one in Hootsuite. I would love to see a social integration that could hold its own in a social media war room - real time trends, multiple social platform integrations - with posting and stat tracking. It would be something where you could get the pulse of all of social media in one place.
