HubSpot Sales Hub helps to make my sales process very effective and streamlined. That's why I chose it.

Pros

Email tracking and automation is the best feature for my business. I can create and send personalized email campaigns, track email opens and clicks and automate follow-up emails based on recipient actions. Amazing right?!

Cons

A couple of things make it difficult for me to use HubSpot Sales Hub. The user interface could be better, even after using it for a while, I find it difficult to navigate when I am doing more complex tasks. The layout can be improved.

With declining results from outbound sales tactics - telemarketing, events, etc - we decided to look into HubSpot's Sales 'module'. Our team got to know about the solution from HubSpot's Academy and after onboarding with the free features, we transitioned to the HubSpot Sales Pro option to derive even greater sales productivity.

Pros

1\. Actively supports HubSpot's refreshing Inbound Sales methodology 2. Quick & easy to get started and use 3. Excellent value 4. Integrates well with HubSpot's Marketing & CRM

Cons

I'm afraid I can't think of any.

Pros

As a free means to track sent emails, nothing even comes close! After being introduced by a friend of mine to Hubspot's Sidekick, I immediately had my entire team install it. Not only does notify you when a sent email has been opened (which if you are in sales you understand the value), but it also allows you to automatically create a new contact in your CRM when a new message is sent to an unrecognized domain.

Cons

I am not sure if it was in between updates or roll outs but 2 years ago everyone on my team including myself had to delete and re-install sidekick. It has since straightened out but while the glitches occurred, we wasted a lot of time with correction process.

This product greatly increased my sales volume, being able to see when my email was read, and when links in the email were clicked was really a priceless tool.

Pros

Easily track emails in Microsoft Outlook or Gmail. - customer service responds to your issues, tries to help resolve in a timely matter I remember that I had an issue with their notifications once, where they wouldn't show up on my phone unless I turned my computer off; I submitted a request for them to fix this, explained that I didn't turn my work computer off ever, but still needed to get notifications on my phone, and they fixed the issue within a few weeks from my original request! I was completely shocked that they took care of this for me, all of my co-workers said they were now getting notifications as well!

Cons

There was a short period of time where they didn't have a cell phone app, but that's not the case any longer. There's really not anything not to like if you pay for the service; my work paid for my premium account, and Hubspot quickly resolved any issues I had.

HubSpot Sales CRM is a great tool for tracking sales opportunities, automating sales processes, and staying up-to-date on all sales actions.

Pros

HubSpot is great for tracking deals and sales opportunities in many different ways. As a user for my professional job, I have also adopted HubSpot Sales Hub for my personal business.

Cons

Some difficulties with open text fields when creating email templates and sequences. This is a feature that would make the dynamic components of templates much better.

HubSpot has become a foundation for our entire business. It houses all of our clients and prospects information plus all important stats for each. It is such a vital tool that helps compliment everything we are doing as a company. I do not know what we would do without HubSpot.

Pros

HubSpot does most all of the work for you and collects your client and sales data through integration. My cold call efforts do not need to result in tons of data entry but rather allows me to enter my notes and sales data into the HubSpot profile that is created through me simply sending an email.

Cons

I have found the duplicates and some time triple copies of data have been found in HubSpot. This makes managing data and notes challenging. They have a merge feature but this is time-consuming and cannot be undone so at times it feels like a risk.

Pros

I like the huge number of email templates (+1ooo) and the email tracking feature.

Cons

the fact that the HubSpot Sales Hub is just one of other solutions HubSpot offer. therefore you would better 'adopt' its other products because they running together smoothly. that's great if you decide to launch a business for the scratch, because the migration form an ecosystem to HubSpot is costly. and that's right HubSpot products is an ecosystem and it is wise to think of that way. even when they present their product as a standalone ones.

Pros

Our Sales team can now spend their time selling! This software is user friendly and helps our entire team keep up with where the customer is in the sales process. If anyone has a question about a customer or a sale, it is all right at our fingertips. Our sales team loves the reminders to follow up so no customer goes untouched.

Cons

We really don't have any cons for this software. Our sales team would like the mobile app to work exactly like the software on their PC, but it is not a huge issue.

I didn't think I'd love hubspot sales as much as I do and I have to say the support is the best in the business. You're paying a pretty penny but the platform and support make it all worth it.

Pros

Hubspot sales is honestly so incredible, it still shocks me how much information I can get out of this one platform. There are so many smart functions and EVERYTHING is shown in a super user-friendly way. I've been able to track leads, multiple pipelines, deals, and so much more in a very efficient manner since using hubspot 4 months ago.

Cons

There is very little that hubspot can't do. It's definitely recommended to use hubspot sales in conjunction with their other "hubs" as that's how we find you can get the most information for all departments in a holistic manner.

Having the leads organized automatically has eased our work by an extent which lead to us adopting the tool, which was free to use when we access it.

Pros

Its automated funnel setup is a gamechanger for our team that needed to organize all the daily leads captured. Its done all automatically and having access to HubSpot's workflows would make the mornings happier!

Cons

Once you scale the business vertically, the tool can have a higher impact on the budgeting, as adding features may end up being a tad too expensive.

Overall pretty easy Sales process tool to manage selling systems.

Pros

Intuitive platform helps me develop Sales engineering processes for my company. Support has been key, and additional Help tools have been great to develop usability.

Cons

Does not sync with My Office 365 system for client calendaring. Have to double-entry all meetings in these systems to ensure tracking on one side and calendaring on the other. Calendars don't sync, and I have missed a few meetings because if it.
