It has been a huge resource that has helped me stay on task and get things accomplished both professionally and at home. Pros I love the automation that it employs and the freedom I have once I upload my task into motion and let it do the scheduling for me. I don't have to worry. I just follow the schedule and get stuff accomplished! Cons The price and the fact that I can't make non-project based tasks dependent on other tasks. They have to be within a project to create these interdependencies. I also wish that I could be some toggles that have to be checked before a task is scheduled. Think about billing and procurement. I want to be able to bill the customer, await payment, and then order the equipment. so I want a flow that allows me to bill the customer and not schedule ordering the equipment until a non-scheduled task is marked complete. Lo estoy utilizando para agilizar procesos de flujo conforme estoy efectuando tareas programadas diarias, por lo que es una gran ventaja. Además, me permite gestionar URLs de reuniones más fácilmente para agendar de forma más productiva. No se tiene que usar más aplicaciones; con Motion es más que suficiente. Cons Para acceder a flujos automatizados, se tiene que pagar un poco más. Estaría bien agregar al menos una automatización en el plan individual. Easily coordinate them and never lose sight of your daily business and tasks. Pros Motion is a easy to use and easy to integrate tool. It helps a lot in keeping tack of your small tasks that are very often too much to handle without a tool. Motion helps you to keep track of these Tasks and also reschedules them in a smart way so nothing gets lost. It might just be my brain or how I like to manage tasks and time, but every day felt overscheduled somehow. Don't get me wrong, it's very cool and would likely be great for most people, it just somehow didn't quite gel with me. I guess it's a lot like buying a planner (some work, some don't). If it works for you though, I could already see that it's smart, elegant and a real time saver (just not for my brain LOL). Pros It handles a lot of task management easily and effectively. I created a trial account for both of us, but I could not get them to sync. There was no tutorial. I used the AI chat to get help but it was useless. I opened a support ticket asking for help and no one ever replied. I canceled our trials before the end of the trial period, but they ended up charging my credit card anyway. I created another support ticket and email customer service to get a refund. After a week I never received a reply, so I had to contact my bank to get a charge back. It's been 3 weeks since then, still no reply to either of my support tickets. Pros Nothing. None of the features worked at all. It was just a calendar. Cons I tried to use the AI chat to get help and it was useless, so I opened a support ticket and no one ever responded. It’s like having a personal assistant who’s always on top of things! Pros The way it automatically organizes my tasks and calendar is amazing. I don’t even have to think about it—it just works.The design is clean and straightforward, so I didn’t feel overwhelmed trying to figure it out. I also use Google Calendar, and it syncs perfectly, so I didn’t have to change how I work. Cons It’s not the cheapest option out there, so it might not work for everyone’s budget.
