As it puts tasks in available spots I want to prove it wrong and this has enabled me to get more done in a lot less time. It helps you keep up with your everyday tasks and also your urgent tasks of the day by adapting your calendar instantaneously Pros The best part of Motion is the rearrangement of tasks if I am not able to do or finish them as planned. It helps my productivity but most of all my mental health by keeping my tasks organized, prioritized, and scheduled. Pros Motion is great if you struggle with prioritization. I liked that it integrated with my calendar so I would get notifications when it was time to start a specific task Cons No flexibility on the time map for scheduling. For example, if I only work every other Friday and don't want any tasks scheduled on those days, I would have to change the time map at the start of every week. There is no way to have alternate schedules unless you create another type of calendar map.
