The cost ended up being higher then I want to pay right now, however it is incredibly easy to use. Cons Cost is too high to bring on for my small business right now. If I could have only the features I want at a reduced cost, it'd be great for my team. I like that I can change the priority level. Cons It won't automatically sync with my MindBody Online Calendar. This is the only calendar that it won't draw info from automatically. There's so much going on and so many options, It can be difficult to navigate alone. Luckily we always had support from the team. It made the process easier. Pros Motion helps my team track our task, create projects, and set cohesive timelines. Most of our management is younger, so we tend to struggle with focusing for long periods of time. It has been a huge resource that has helped me stay on task and get things accomplished both professionally and at home. Pros I love the automation that it employs and the freedom I have once I upload my task into motion and let it do the scheduling for me. I don't have to worry. I just follow the schedule and get stuff accomplished! Cons The price and the fact that I can't make non-project based tasks dependent on other tasks. They have to be within a project to create these interdependencies. I also wish that I could be some toggles that have to be checked before a task is scheduled. Think about billing and procurement. I want to be able to bill the customer, await payment, and then order the equipment. so I want a flow that allows me to bill the customer and not schedule ordering the equipment until a non-scheduled task is marked complete.
