Wir nutzen Evalea seit ca. 3 Jahren und haben eine starke Entwicklung gesehen. Der Support ist gleichbleibend gut und persönlich. GameChanger für die Organisation/Arbeit in der Personalentwicklung.

Pros

\- Der persönliche und schnelle Support bei Fragen oder Problemstellungen. - Setzen viele Anpassungsanfragen um oder versuchen andere Lösungsmöglichkeiten aufzuzeigen - Starker Effort, die Plattform immer weiterzuentwickeln

Cons

\- Teilweise Bugs/technische Probleme - Zur Zeit eher pragmatisches Design und wenig intuitive Nutzung für Kollegen, die das Tool wenig nutzen (soll aber dieses Jahr angepasst werden)

After more than 2 years - I would buy it again :-) I like the usability a an admin, but I receive good feedback from colleguages and superiors, too.

Pros

Great support, also after the onboarding. Very good communication to the customer and I like the fact that the company is building up a community with the customers (eg. events, think tank, online sessions about related HR content) and is fostering a good exchange. The software itself is clever and has a very good usability. And they´re continuisly working on it.

Cons

No cons which have to be mentioned at this point. If something pops up - we are able to find a solution together. Suggestion of improvement for the future - use of AI for reports and Dashboards.

The software has so many clever functionalities. I was surprised, how effective learning can be managed.

Literally all the features, needed to develop employees are included. New functions are driven by the need of the customers.

Durch Evalea ist unsere gesamte Personalentwicklung digitalisiert worden. Eine sehr gute Software mit Entwicklungspotenzial. Sehr bemüht Wünsche umzusetzen, die nicht im Standard enthalten sind. Gestaltet den Bereich transparenter und bietet eine gute Unterstützung für die Administration sowie für die Nutzer.

Pros

Software bietet eine gute Unterstützung zur Digitalisierung der Personalentwicklung. Gute Mischung aus Standardsoftware und möglichen Anpassungen, sodass Software auf unser Unternehmen zugeschnitten werden kann. Große Bereiche der Personalentwicklung sind berücksichtigt und können etabliert werden. Digitalisierung der Mitarbeitergespräche neben Weiterbildungen ein großer Bereich und Mehrwert.

Cons

Zum Teil sind Funktionen noch in Bearbeitung und noch nicht ganz ausgereift. (hier findet aber eine fortlaufende Entwicklung statt)
