The connectors are constantly failing, rendering the service completely unreliable. What’s worse, their so-called "support" is an absolute joke—robotic, unresponsive, and utterly useless. I paid for an Enterprise yearly plan expecting a professional experience, but instead, I’ve been drowning in errors and excuses. This platform has not only wasted my time but has also caused embarrassment with clients who rely on the reports, which are consistently riddled with issues due to PMA's failures. If you’re considering using PowerMyAnalytics, think again. It’s a complete disaster of a service. Save yourself the headaches, frustration, and damage to your reputation. Stay far, far away! I used other tools previously and ran into multiple issues. Pros It is easy to integrate with multiple platforms and little or no connection issues with a seamless process. Cons I love it so far. I have used it now for a while and it has been amazing. The Business plan is great and allows you to import data to generate any report you want. It can be easily integrated with Power BI and other BI visualization tools. Support is fast and efficient in making customizations. Cons I had to make small adjustments with the support team to be able to export the data as I wanted, but it wasn't a problem as the support was very fast and efficient. It seems they are the only company these solutions for Share-A-Sale integrations. I had some issues with Share-A-Sale and Google Sheets connectors, and the team at PMA was able to get it fixed for me within 48 hours! Great team they have working here. Pros PMA has been a great addition in the past week! It has enabled us to connect Share-A-Sale and our CRM. Share-A-Sale as a CRM is pretty bad, but with PMA I am able to upload affiliate sales to our CRM and manage the accounts that way. Cons None so far!
