Dies zeugt von einer mangelnden Kundenorientierung und einem mangelnden Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse und Anliegen ihrer Kunden.Insgesamt haben wir 2300 Euro in eine Software investiert, die für uns nutzlos ist. Das Belegmanagement funktioniert nicht zuverlässig, der Kundensupport ist unzureichend, die Integration mit dem Lohnbüro fehlt und das Unternehmen zeigt wenig Flexibilität in Bezug auf Vertragsbedingungen. Aufgrund unserer negativen Erfahrungen können wir Finway keinem Startup oder Unternehmen empfehlen. Das Beleg-Matching macht unsere Bank inzwischen komplett selbst via email. Pros Verkaufsprozess ist gut strukturiert, leider werden Funktionen versprochen, die später nicht funktionieren. Cons Der Hauptgrund, warum wir uns für den Kauf von Finway entschieden haben, war die automatische Beleg-Matching-Funktion. Leider müssen wir jedoch feststellen, dass diese Funktion nicht wie versprochen funktioniert. Das Belegmanagement ist unzuverlässig und fehlerhaft. Die automatische Erkennung und Zuordnung von Belegen ist eine Katastrophe und verursacht mehr Probleme, als sie löst. Wir haben zahlreiche fehlerhafte Zuordnungen erlebt und mussten viel Zeit und Ressourcen aufwenden, um diese manuell zu korrigieren. Anstatt unsere Buchhaltungsprozesse zu optimieren, hat Finway ineffiziente Arbeitsabläufe geschaffen.Ein weiteres enttäuschendes Element ist der Kundensupport. Trotz unserer Bemühungen, das Belegmanagement-Problem mit ihrer Hilfe zu lösen, waren die Ergebnisse frustrierend. Der Support konnte uns keine angemessenen Lösungen anbieten. Zusätzlich zu den Problemen mit dem Belegmanagement und dem unzureichenden Kundensupport haben wir festgestellt, dass der DATEV Connector nicht mit dem Lohnbüro, mit dem wir zusammenarbeiten, funktioniert. Dies führt zu manuellen Datenübertragungen und erhöht den Zeitaufwand sowie das Risiko von Fehlern. Für eine Software, die behauptet, die Buchhaltung zu vereinfachen, ist dies inakzeptabel und zeigt einen Mangel an Integration und Kompatibilität. Die virtuellen Kreditkarten erlauben uns eine transparente Kostenkontrolle und sind genau so einfach in der Benutzung, wie wir es und erhofft hatten. Die eingestellten Workflows sparen uns Zeit und Nerven. An dieser Stelle gilt unser Dank auch nochmal unserer Customer Success Managerin Nicole Lux, die uns seit dem ersten Gespräch hervorragend begleitet. In der Implementierungsphase haben wir viele Best Practices besprochen und so ein optimales Tool-Erlebnis für alle Mitarbeiter von „ich reiche alle Jubeljahre mal eine Rechnung ein“ bis hin zum „Heavy User“ und „Admin“ ermöglicht. Neben dem Customer Success antworten auch alle Support-Mitarbeiter von Finway extrem schnell und kompetent auf die im Supportchat gestellten Fragen. Lösungsvorschläge sind stets durchdacht und passen individuell zu uns. Cons Verbesserungswünsche unsererseits liegen im Bereich der App (gut, dass es jetzt ein Team Mobile gibt) und im Bereich Reporting. Dass Finway stets offen auf Verbesserungsvorschläge reagiert und man auch in der Roadmap nachlesen kann, was geplant ist, ist sehr gut und wir sind froh, uns für Finway entschieden zu haben! Wir können Karten an Mitarbeiter ausstellen, die somit eigenverantwortlich Käufe tätigen und Rechnungen hochladen. Hier können auch dementsprechend Reminder ausgelöst werden. Eingangsrechnungen können via Sammelüberweisung überwiesen werden. Der Export nach Datev Unternehmen-Online funktioniert einwandfrei, sodass das lästige Belege zuordnen in Datev zu 100 % weg fällt. Auch SEPA Belege kann man ganz easy via Inbox in Finway einpflegen und als bereits bezahlt markieren. Cons Die OCR Funktion funktioniert manchmal nicht richtig, sodass Beträge oder Rechnungsnummern falsch übertragen werden. Manche Debitkarten werden durch Shops nicht akzeptiert.
