Have been using them for a while to send "Happy Birthday" and "Thank You" cards to my clients. They have a great selection of cards, and you can customize them quite a bit. The platform is also very easy to use. Pros The user interface is easy to follow, with not much of a learning curve, and the level of personalization I can do really makes it great value for money. I can see all the cards I've sent, which is great for tracking. Cons I can't really think of anything that I don't like about Ellacard. I sometimes forget to specify whether I'm sending a card by myself or as part of a group, but that is a user issue, not a software one. Cons There are not really any cons, the only thing I could say is that I'd like to be told if they opened it as a notification. And maybe that is already in place but I don't get the email so I'm not sure. I love that I can send my co workers their birthday cards, I have them scheduled to be signed and sent already through the year ! I love being able to add gift cards to a card and text my staff for some extra reinforcement. It’s so cute to be able to add music to a card as well. I have tried to personalize each persons card based on their interests and it’s been so easy with Ellacard Pros I love that I can automate send my cards! I run the Sunshine Committee at work and I can schedule cards to be delivered! It gives us an easy way to celebrate birthdays, milestones, and other special moments even though we aren’t all in the same office. It’s simple enough that everyone can participate without needing instructions, and the GIFs and personalization options make the cards feel much more fun than a standard virtual card. Pros We’re a fully remote team, so Ellacard has been such an easy and fun way to celebrate people and keep everyone connected. It’s super user-friendly, even for team members who aren’t very tech savvy, and I especially love being able to add GIFs to the cards—it makes them feel much more personal and fun. Cons There honestly isn’t much I dislike! I’d love to see even more customization options in the future, but we’ve had a really positive experience overall. Being able to make signable cards for our teams to be able to leave real messages to the people they work so closely with is wonderful. There are a ton of card designs on the site which is great, but being able to use a custom designed cards allows branding and personalization that's hard to find anywhere else. Pros It's one of the most convenient platforms with some of the best personalization and nice little touches, like being able to add gift cards. Cons Honestly, I can't think of any. You've implemented all the little things that I could think of that I use.
