I love it and the ability to customize and include gift cards is the icing on the cake. Pros It is easy to use. We have office staff in various locations. With ecards they can conviniently create a message and include a gift making the person being celebrated feel extra special. I love that it is easily customizable to include music and pictures. Cons Nothing negative at this point. I use my phone and may be nice to have a more user friendly format for creating an order using the phone. I appreciate that there are new designs added from time to time and would be even happier if more work appropriate designs are added to the mix. Pros Ease of use, it's fairly affordable, I like the different options that can be added on like music etc. Cons Limited designs especially for the workplace. Some of the designs (wordings, pictures) are not suitable for the workplace. I worry about running out of card designs to use. At times the card is not delivered/received by the recipient, and the sender has to check and resend. Cons When you're first learning Ella Card, it may feel difficult to navigate, but it becomes more intuitive with regular use.
