It’s a convenient, efficient way to send thoughtful and personalized cards at scale while saving a lot of time. That's what I care most about! Pros I really like that you can create batch orders that still feel personalized to each person. It’s a great way to do something thoughtful without having to spend time creating handmade cards and mailing them out individually (that's how I mainly use it) . I also appreciate the variety of options available, along with the ability to attach gift cards to make them extra special. The bulk order feature is extremely helpful—you can send cards immediately or schedule them for a specific date, which makes planning super convenient. It is very easy to sign the card, it is reliable and is sent out when they say they will go out. Cons I would like to see a separate section for cards from the whole office. So far it has been great to see staff add messages to their colleagues and gives it more of a personal touch. We are going into our third month of utilizing Ellacard and staff have shared how much they appreciate the cards. Pros I appreciate how easy the system is to use. Once I start a card order it prompts you to enter all information and allows me to create monthly orders and copy the link so staff can sign them, and the card is then sent by the automatic system at the end of the day. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and backed by a supportive team that ensures everything runs smoothly. It has allowed our team moral to increase and we have started using it more often to increase of employee recognition. Pros Setting up automations was surprisingly easy and straightforward, which saved me a lot of time. Whenever I had a question, the EllaCard team was quick to respond and very helpful, making the whole process smooth. On top of that, our entire team is able to access and use the platform without any issues, which has made collaboration seamless. Cons One area I think could be improved is the initial learning curve. While the platform is powerful, it took a little time to get familiar with all the features. Once I got past that, though, it became much easier to use. Pros love all of the various cards to choose from, the value of this program is very well worth the money put into it. love being able to include gift cards for every card. the automated feature is extremely helpful as well! employees love the cards we send them and they feel very recognized for every birthday or anniversary they have while working here! Cons the user interface is sometimes not the greatest when it comes to adding bulk customers. it's practically impossible to actually transfer employee information from an excel sheet to the contact sheet in ella card. also because we have a large amount of employees, i feel like the plans available to choose from are not enough. we were only able to use a few hundred cards at a discounted rate, and are now having to pay for each card entirely out of pocket. this is frustrating.
