Pros Guidewheel helps identifying the most significant issues in a machine or group of machines, allowing us to focus the attention to address the root cause of the issues. I love the fact that I can also assign our maintenance team work assignments through messages directly through Guidewheel. I can now track what work has been done on what machine and how long the downtime was. Guidewheel has also helped our company out by being able to troubleshoot our machines more efficently by finding trends of problems that may be reoccuring and to find the source of why the same problem is happening. I can do this by looking at past work assignments that have been tagged in the Guidewheel Software. I am thrilled that all of our work assignments can now be tracked easily through the software instead of having to much of a paper trail. In our company we have been able to also intergrate safety alerts as well as quality checks and inspections. I love the fact that we have multiple meetings together as well as Guidewheel is really willing to listen to what our company needs are and to find a way to integrate it into the system for us! Overall great service! We have a great connection with the Guidewheel team as well as communication which is our Company is number #1! Highly recommend!!! Pros Live feed of all the machines that are either running or shutdown. Data collection is amazing helping us in tracking productivity. The messaging feature as well as being able to assign work assignments as well as downtime reasoning and easier troubleshooting on our machines. Cons At this point working with Guidewheel for almost two years now I have no complaints. Everything that we ask of Guidewheel that might benefit the company Guidewheel always come prepared and works hard at making it happen.
