Standard sms messaging service. My problem is that now I have sold my business, I cancelled my subscription and when I asked for a refund of my remaining credit, I was told that "it is not company policy to refund credit. The money will stay on your account". I don't believe this is acceptable business practice. Pros It integrated with my office booking system. Plus Brilliant quick support. Pros I've been using Burst SMS for a few years now. The platform is brilliant - I trialled a few others but the ease of use, great features and customer support was hands down the best. Fair competitive pricing - and none of these hidden credit system models where you buy messages that expire. Cons Seriously nothing to dislike - does everything we need and if ever any questions or issues the support guys are more than happy to help and know what they are on about.
