Excellent and it’s certainly a game changer in corporate L&D space.

Pros

Ease of use, flow of content and curation of appropriate content.

Cons

Have not been able to spot the cons. However one can foresee a bit of complexity creeping in once in full use.

Pros

The product is easy to set up and a quick integration with HRIS is possible. Users can create and upload content- share it . It is simple and intuitive. Business- Functions and Teams can get a view of analytics of learning of their teams. I Cog keeps adding features

Cons

The LMS and its quality can be improved. The user experience w.r.t to look and feel can be made more attractive.

Reasons for choosing ICOG

1\. It had the flexibility to attach to any learning libraries if we purchased such as a company 2. It had the ability to crawl and bring in free content from the web -connected to the competencies -role wise of the employee. 3.It suggested content based on employee learning choices + mapped competencies 4. It had an array of analytics which could be used by Depts/Functions who could use it independently 5. It was user driven than administrator driven alone

Pros

ICOG can help students, professionals and employees to enhance their skills in their chosen domain . It is a flexible and unique learning experience with highly low and affordable fees. I would recommend this to corporate companies and education providers.
