Anni fa mi ero messo alla ricerca di un gesitonale per portare tencologia e innovazione nella mia pizzeria a domicilio. Dopo decine di call con altre aziende e proposte sempre incomplete, finalmente ho scoperto Velocissimo, l'unica vera soluzione ai problemi che stavo cercando di risolvere. L'entusiasmo, tuttavia, non è dovuto meramente al software, ma anche al team di persone che lavorano a questo progetto, sempre pronte a dare supporto e ad essere alleati strategici nella crescita del proprio business.

Pros

Velocissimo non è "solo un software" ma un sistema gestionale completo veramente indispensabile se si vuole fare food delivery in maniera seria. App rider, app cliente, sistema di cassa, CRM, email marketing, whatsapp, automazioni... hanno pensato veramente ad ogni cosa.

Cons

Nessun aspetto negativo, anzi, migliora costantemente in efficacia ed efficienza. Spesso vengono implementate idee e suggerimenti forniti proprio dagli utenti.

È stato un upgrade tranquillo, ho iniziato solo con l’ app per il domicilio, poi sono passato al gestionale completo integrando anche la cassa automatica. Non mi pento, anzi adesso non potrei farne a meno

Pros

Tracciabilita rider, app semplice e intuitiva, disponibilità dello staff e aggiornamenti continui. Puoi modificare il menu in autonomia creando Up-sell che aumentano lo scontrino medio

Cons

Ci va spirito di adattamento. Ti mettono in azione, perché il gestionale sia su misura alla tua azienda devi applicarti.

My overall experience was the maintenance of the software was amazing all the features where perfectly aligned I just loved it incredible

Pros

The feature that was the most impactful was the fact that the delivery time was incredible and the food was hot and delicious. Most of us get 30 minute break and this software was perfect for that. The software is a 5 star rating for sure. You can't go wrong when everything about this is so right

Cons

To tell you the truth I would have to say that when it comes to this software I did not having any cons with this software it was genius.
