### "Early Review - Onboarding Stage"

Everyone we've spoken or worked with at PortPro so far from sales, upper management, integrations, onboarding, are all very professional, capable and supportive. We're in the Onboarding phase now and excited to be fluent in operations as there is so much to unpack and benefit from, at which time I plan to update this review. Our previous TMS simply cannot compete, nor could others I've used or demo'd previously. PortPro is truly an upgrade I can highly recommend.

Pros

Most? PortPro is fresh, current, and relevant with where technologies are today with implementation of AI features among several others. It is structured for growth with compatibility to current tech trends. Among favorite features are that it is browser-based so simple to access and work with. Driver app is great, Customer Portal as well. There is A LOT to list in this category.

Cons

It's clearly designed around single-terminal motor carriers and adapted for multi-terminal ones, but some useful features remain incompatible with multi-terminal MCs. It also falls short on some basic logic, allowing for multiplication of same equipment, data upload can only be used for creating data but not for updating data. It uses terminologies based on import also on export like "Consignee" to represent both a cargo receiver and shipper, "Delivery" even if it's an export cargo loading, etc., wording that needlessly confuse newcommers. If my company shares a client with other PortPro clients, none of us can grant that client access to Customer Portal using the client's preferred email address, must be different for each. These among others were unexpected surprises for a platform that has so many features superior to used & tested alternatives, so I'm sure will be improved on. Here's hoping that prioritizing development of new features doesn't delay correction of older ones for too long.

### "No need to look at other TMS providers!"

In early 2022, we made significant investments in our Drayage services, including trucks, chassis, and yard space. We assembled a competent team of drivers and office employees and focused on building our customer base. However, we soon realized that relying on spreadsheets and outdated Drayage operating systems wouldn't allow us to optimize our fleet or deliver the exceptional customer service we're known for.Recognizing the need for a modern solution, we embarked on a thorough search for a TMS provider that could help us achieve our goals. After months of evaluation, considering 15 different providers, we concluded that PortPro had the best TMS in the market.Since we onboarded with PortPro in October, we have experienced a seamless integration process that made us feel like part of the PortPro family. Their professional team, assembled by PortPro leadership, guided us through the onboarding process and provided excellent support for our day-to-day operations.PortPro's TMS has been instrumental in streamlining our operations. Step by step, easy to use product that guides you through the lifecycle of an order. From day one, the onboarding team spent whatever time needed to ensure we were set up and trained 100%. The pass off to the Customer Service team was seamless and they rock. Special thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] for keeping tabs on us to ensure our experience was and remains extremely favorable.

Cons

Executive level roll up reporting is under development. Just need to finish off the publication of the product. Maybe add in a more robust financial AP process and it's golden.

USER FRIENDLY - TRACKING - ORDER ENTRY IS EASY MANNUAL OR AI.

Cons

THE MASS UPLOAD OR ORDER ENTRY FEATURE NOT ABLE TO ENTER MORE THAN 1 AT A TIME AND CSV FUNCTION TAKES TOO MUCH TIME. FAST PACED ENVIORNMENT IS CRITICAL TO THE OPERATIONS. ALSO THE MASS DOWNLOAD , WE NEED TO RUN EXCEL SHEET BUT ONLY OPTION ON SOME SCREENS.

### "Revolutionary TMS with an Emphasis on Technolgoical Advancement"

The best part was the willingness of the staff to implement customer needs and recommendations. Eventually they may be less receptive, which happens the larger a company gets. Port Pro is really exceptional in that regard. They really want to push the boundaries of technology which at the rate their going they're going to be a household name in Logistics software.

Pros

The ability to link port logins through an API to check container and shipment status as well as the DO AI Scrapping to limit data entry time.

Cons

The software is a bit advanced outside of the dispatch software. I recommend having each person sit in on the training for their perspective fields and at least two people who manage different folk sit in throughout the entirety of the training. Eg. Have dispatchers sit in on dispatch, and accountants sit in on accountant.

We know what we're doing in real time! Dray work in today's world is filled with countless variables and problems. Every item can be integrated, monitored, measured and managed. I am extremely pleased with the product.

Pros

It's intuitive. It's simple to implement, operate and learn. We are still getting it fine tuned. Once we get all the features dialed in, I expect to turn every 4 star rating to 5 stars. PortPro's customer service is second to none. They are quick to respond and will work tirelessly to solve any problem you may have. This system has given me freedom and the confidence I can manage my business from anywhere on the planet.

Cons

There are a few minor features that we are working on - just customizing things to fit our needs. Otherwise we have no complaints. The transition to PortPro was seamless.

### "Great trucking software that keeps getting better"

Pros

I love that you can set moves up with a driver without dispatching the move to the driver app immediately. The customer side of the website offers great visibility to our customers so we don't receive as many emails.

Cons

The driver app is much different than our previous software's driver app so onboarding was challenging, but once we had a little more experience using the driver app in the office we were able to help get drivers through their workflows.

### "Draye Start Up"

Pros

The best part of this software is that it is intuitive set up and use. It puts options, buttons, check boxes in places that make it flow and easy to use. I use it every hour of the day to dispatch and manage our accounts. This software is spot on when it comes to daily operations.

Cons

There were some glitches at first but those were handled. I think the two biggest opportunity for this software is expanding the fleet management section to fit in daily inspections for drivers, monthly and annual maintenance logs for the mechanics, and reminders when compliance expiration dates approach. Second, is making the reports section easier to use. often that reports do not pull the data or too cumbersome to use easily and does not have the option for automatic reports such as end of week or month reports.

### "Port Pro"

Ports cutoff dates being available in the system has helped to decrease the amount of money that we were paying for demurrage.

Pros

What we like the most is its functionality. Everything that we need to receive, dispatch and complete a work order is all accessible.

Cons

Anything that we have wanted to improve with Port Pro, has been improving as we go along. They are always willing to listen and help their customers in the best possible way.

### "Best drayage software! "

When \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from PortPro approached me with his new Product, it was a game changer for me and for my team. The clear visibility of what's coming, whats available and so on, has just increased our productivity by 100%

Pros

It's an overall game changed in the drayage industry. There are to many things to write, but to make a few.... 1) The fact that the empty return location updates every day automatically is a game changer, saving us lots of time. 2) Automatically creating loads thru the AI is a huge advantage for us 3) Giving customers access on their portal to see where there shipment is with live GPS has eliminated lots of unnecessary emails and phone calls... And much much more...

Cons

The only real thing I dislike from PortPro, is that they only came out 2 years ago and not earlier.
