September 21, 2022 5.0 My user experience is great I am in love with how it's been easy to manage my team even the one located in remote areas, organize our daily work in a professional manner keeps everyone focused and happy. Pros It has made it very easy for my teams located remotely to collaborate and get work done faster and more convenient while saving working hours and cost. We use it to communicate with each team members to execute our daily tasks and struggles and occuring issues. It's very easy to set up and also easy to use this great collaboration tool while it's also very easy to huddle with my remote teams and discuss any project and daily tasks. Cons If there could be a better way to enhance options for reporting and the ability to schedule our daily tasks at the end of the day it would be nice. Nevertheless I am fully satisfied with this tool including the support team. July 28, 2022 5.0 Being able to see what my team mates are up to, being able to offer help to them with smaller tasks that I can take off their plate. Being able to give kudos. Pros I enjoyed the random anonymous motivation checks, the reminders to give my team mates kudos and overall positive vibe of using DailyBot. It also means I start my day with clarity as I'm reminded about what I did yesterday and what I should do today. As an organised person, I enjoy this method of capturing what I worked on and what I will work on and seeing what other people are doing without having to nag them or ask them. Being able to use this embedded in Teams means you're already there, so it's easier to use rather than visiting a website or other location. Cons I think the software is sturdy and reliable any weaknesses at the moment are the leadership users not implementing all features yet. Its pretty easy to set up and use. Daily reports are now easy and fast to prepare with the help of DailyBot. The reminders are very helpful to get my team and I organized and know what we are supposed to be working on, I am able to check on what my teammates are working on without having to ask, this is very effecient expecially to those who work remotely. As we are avid Slack users, it made sense to look at bot built on Slack. DailyBot was the one that managed to check all the boxes for us. It's super simple to get going - just use slack to sign-in, then import all the slack users necessary. Users can be separated into groups, and you can setup check-ins and other touch points using the friendly wizards that are provided. There are templates for all types of check-ins and reviews which makes my life a lot easier. The UI design is very clean and I'm looking forward towards exploring additional functionality. Cons No cons for me so far, although after configuring the touchpoint to send the results to a slack channel, I have yet to see any data. However this might be a simple configuration issue so I will take a look at this later. Overall the support and documentation is quite comprehensive which gives me confidence.
