Sales Ops Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Fantastic way to automate daily touchpoints" July 16, 2022 4.0 Pros Ease of use with lots of templates to choose from. The initial configuration was very simple, all you need is your Slack account. The actual setup is transparent to the user. I initially used Dailybot to do 1:1 syncs with my team but eventually also began using it to do weekly touchpoints on our more critical projects. But the feature I liked best were the @kudos, this is a great way to boost engagement within your team and company. With leaderboards and various dashboards, this was a great way to intrinsically motivate our teams to work better together. The dashboards and reports you can configure are also extremely useful in rolling up aggregate data. The UI is very well designed and very intuitive. Cons At this point, there's really thing that I don't like about DailyBot! While there some things that I haven't explored in detail like ChatOps, so far DailyBot is really hitting its mark and helping our company become more cohesive. Review Source JS Josh S. Pros This app is very intuitive and I love the video demos IN-PRODUCT of various useful features. This definitely nudges me to start using the most of Dailybot. I am using Dailybot with Slack and it's very easy to import users and group them into various teams. The UI is very simple and intuitive. Setting up a touchpoint is easy - there are dozens of templates to get you started. Just select the template, chose your team members, and it's ready to go. Results are transmitted back to the slack channel of your choice. Dailybot has been so useful in its free incarnation that we will likely purchase the paid version. Cons Some of the best features in the paid version! But that goes without saying of course. It would be nice to be able to setup some of the workflows from within the chat application itself (i.e. some chatOps style shortcut commands). Review Source IC Ian C. Frontend Developer Accounting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Incredible tool to optimize the work of asynchronous teams" October 20, 2022 5.0 Pros The most valuable feature for my team right now is the possibility of replacing the daily meeting, which can take up to 40 minutes, with a slack survey that only takes 3 minutes and still allows us to be updated on each other's progress.It has also been very important the possibility to generate reports to keep track of the 1:1 and retrospective meetings. Cons We have been testing the tool for a couple of months now and so far we haven't felt the need for any feature, and we still have several untested ones that we hope to integrate into our workflow soon to make it more fluid.
