Pros Simplicity, guidance by Scantrust, opportunity for add-ons & partnering with other agencies if any additional services were needed that were our of scope for Scantrust Cons The software is deploying now, no challenges faced so far and if there are, I trust the team is very collaborative and supportive in addressing. Implementing Scantrust QR code's on the label of our products gave our customers in that region the confidence back that they are dealing with genuine products. Due to geo-political reasons this business has dropped and our focus of Scantrust application moved to inform users of our products with installation instructions, about how to install our products correctly, by linking YouTube installation movies to QR codes. Customers are also invited to give their feedback or register an issue when they scan the QR code, but like mentioned before this feature need some support from our internal product marketing and sales people, otherwise response % might be relatively low. Pros \- Capability to recognize copies of our label - Possibility to link instruction movie through scanning of QR code - Possibility to have customer review by NPS - Have a view on location where products are installed and used - possibility to manage status of QR code in for example "blacklisted" - good help function and easy to use dashboard. - good communication with Scantrust internal people Cons Not really linked with software but after implementation of software and linking white pages to QR code, we realized that not all our company's available information is "responsive" to be shown on a mobile phone screen. Willingness of customers to scan. Certainly in western Europe, consumers in general need an extra incentive to make the step to scan the QR code. Amount of people to provide feedback without any direct benefit for them is rather low.
