Very happy with this tool, we sell it as addon on Microsoft 365. Backups of Exchange online and Sharepoint as backup as a service (MSP)

Pros

Saas tool, perfect for Managed Service Providers. Integration with Microsoft 365 works perfect. Cloudconsole!

Cons

In fact nothing, it works like expected. maybe the support, in the US is outside our timezone!

Replaces the need for clunky onsite backup units and user interface is exceptional

Pros

Easy and fast to deploy, suits single use and multi site use just as easily

Cons

Support integration with storage vendors could be improved

It was excellent for the first 2 years or so, but once the charges started getting higher and higher it lost its value

Pros

It is very easy to use and you can find data to restore quickly

Cons

It is a pity that backup for e-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Groups are charged as serperate products, which adds up quickly to the overall Microsoft365 backup solution
