Easy to create new change order and easy to look view. Easy to export. Cons Some features, like voiding or rejecting or closing functions can be confusing. Switched from [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) On excel and word, saving and closing out a session was risky. No one could see where someone else finished up. Keeps track of work in real-time. The system stores labor rates which allows for quick ticket markups. View status of all tickets with a click of a button. Tickets presented in a nice format. Program is user friendly. The Customer Service at Tracflo is phenomenal! Always able to assist and takes our system improvement ideas seriously. Cons Labor rates do no update/refresh properly when switching between rate types (regular and premium time). had to manually force a refresh by changing the type of laborer and then switching back to the needed laborer type.
