"Way Better Than Other Alternatives Out There"
Overall: Working with Ace Data is great so far. Their backup service is reliable and highly secure. You could never go wrong with their Virtuaal Vault.
Pros: I like that this backup system is almost automated. It works on itself without requiring much intervention from us. It's highly secure, reliable, and their customer support is great! They proactively hunt for bugs and resolve it even before they do any wrong. Definitely recommended.
Cons: Setting it up initially took some time and resources. If there was a way we could speed up the setup process, we'd have appreciated. However, their team is agile and highly competent. So they take care of all the technicalities.
"Secure, Reliable & Easy to use"
Pros: The software is fully managed by Ace Data Systems. They proactively hunt for technical inconsistencies (if any) and fix them even before we notice them. Apart from that, I like the fact that it's highly reliable and offers bank-grade security.
Cons: The interface could have been better. It's easy to use nonetheless.
