Pros By implementing BC in the Cloud as our primary continuity platform, we were able to transform critical planning considerations such as essential functions, alternate work locations, and system dependencies incorporated within static plans to a dynamic, interactive application that is easy to user for all of our stakeholders. Cons Implementation of any software application will always have it's challenges. I can say that the Infinite Blue support ensured any hiccups were addressed in a very timely fashion with extraordinary customer service. Furthermore, Infinite Blue ensured that we as customers had the opportunities to share our experiences (good or bad) with industry peers and learn best practices. The more you use the tool in a planner/builder role, the easier it is to navigate. The Support team is great - very responsive and take the time to explain things with screenshots, examples, etc. to ensure you understand. Overall, the entire staff is great as they want you to succeed. Pros BCiC had not yet progressed to include all the connections it now has so when we were looking, it had every feature we needed plus some. It is a great value for the money. Cons What could be the best thing about it is also the least. That is it is so customizable, you need to know HTML or be a true IT admin-type to do things yourself. Otherwise, you have to budget for and rely on the support and/or implementation teams to get things done. Pros BC in the Cloud and the Infinite Blue platform are very customizable without intensive coding knowledge required. We don't need a team of developers to support our ongoing use and build out of this tool - a big plus! The UI is streamlined and flexible. Your imagination is the limit on how you want to use the tool given the workflow and trigger customization options available.
