If you do not understand basic coding and programming language, and you do not want to learn it, then Robomotion is not for you (go for something more like Albato). The update on Mac are a hassle. You have to download it, go through 3 security loops because their software is not signed. For an automation tool, having to redo the same things every updates (up to 4 times a month) is a real loss of time, especially since im working on 3 different computers. Pros It helps automate a lot of things, especially with the browsing function, capabilities are endless. Cons Support & updates are a nightmare. The team is small and made me understand very frankly that my problems are not theirs. I've always found the help I needed, and this team has effectively solved all of my problems. No doubt the best support team I have ever works with! Pros Robomotion works well and is easy to use. The team at Robomotion always come up with new ideas and add to the system to make sure we can keep up with the fast changes in robot technology and AI. Cons At first, learning how to use it is not always intuitive. My very minimal coding experience helped. Once you understand it, setting up your basic tasks is easy and the guides and examples from Robomotion are really useful while getting started. It has saved me a ton of money from hiring a virtual assistant, it is all powerful and can virtually do almost anything you can think of making it potentially limitless, \[sensitive content hidden\] (the \[sensitive content hidden\]) is constantly announcing updates almost every other week, and it has incredible customer support that is always there to answer your questions. Pros Robomotion is very easy to use. If you work with it for a little while, you start to get used to how it runs and it can be an incredibly powerful tool to automate so much of your workflow! The \[sensitive content hidden\] is always available in the discord channel. Seriously, he is there answering everyone's questions, and also updating the tool almost every two weeks. Him and his team are super dedicated and huge enthusiasts of the automation world. And also, they're incredibly friendly. I don't know of any other RPA company that does this, do you? But don't take my work for it, just join the discord group and you'll see right away how engaged everyone is (including the \[sensitive content hidden\]). Cons It can be a little difficult if you don't know JavaScript. I know very little, but I'm learning as I go. I've created small flows and automations that help me save a lot of money from hiring someone. But again, you need just real basic JavaScript knowledge. But once you start understanding what's going on, you can ask the team in the discord group for help!
