Cons I honestly haven't found anything that I don't like about the Dash platform. I'm still going through some of the features like setting up collections and a portal but it's all been super easy. Image and photo management is straightforward, and it supports my content creation process from organizing assets to producing and repurposing content for different channels. The platform has helped me work faster and stay more consistent, and I’d confidently recommend it to anyone who needs a streamlined way to manage creative assets and content. Pros What I like most about Dash is how it combines image/photo management with practical content workflows in one place. The learning curve is short, the UI is clean, and it’s easy to keep assets organized and reusable across design and social content. It saves time, reduces duplicated work, and helps keep everything consistent. Cons The only downside is that I’d love even more advanced automation and customization options in a few areas (for example, more templates and deeper workflow rules). That said, what’s already there is very solid and the product feels like it’s evolving in the right direction. The Dash team are extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience with their product. I would strongly recommend Dash to any marketing team looking to streamline their asset management processes. Pros It's allowed us to operate our content versioning and distribution more efficiently and effectively than ever! Cons The only major point which is a miss for us is tracking asset downloads for those which use an embed link (one which directly downloads the asset to the user's device instead of going via a landing page within the Dash system). There's currently no ability to track downloads when assets are deployed in this way, and this is the best way for us to deliver assets to our users. They allow you to do a free trial which I highly recommend. The user management also allows us to easily approve/review images before they get added to Dash. Pros Dash is so user friendly; it's hard to overstate how great the interface is. I love the auto-tagging feature. There's a lot of features Dash has that I hadn't even thought to look for, such as shareable galleries, and public submission links/pages. I love the way they've structured folders, user access, and so much more. It is by far the most user-friendly photo storage software that I found (and I researched heavily) that suits a large team of folks with varying technical skills. Recommend 10 out of 10!! Cons No notes! Truly it's been a great tool to use. Their customer service team is great as well. They are great to work with. Pros The clean UX/UI of Dash makes it easy incredibly easy to navigate and use - both for admins and contributors who may not be as design savvy. Our organisation has been able to seamlessly integrate it into our day-to-day usage. Cons It would be nice if we had the ability to drag and drop files within the app across folders. Although folder structures are not the primary way of organising Dash, we still use some folders for ease of sharing.
