Charged repeatedly for something that is nonfunctional. Pros Nothing, it does not work! Terrible customer service too. Their contact page is "under construction." Cons We tried demoing this software a year ago, but we did not sign up for it because the demo DID NOT WORK. Even though we cancelled our membership within the cancellation window, we were charged for the service. Multiple requests to reverse the charge were completely ignored, but we did eventually receive a refund. Now, a year later, they've charged us AGAIN. Do not sign up for this service because it does not work and they'll continue to charge you!
