We have a decentralized group of group leaders and estimators using different estimating systems and software platforms. iDeal CRM has become a great platform for creating transparency and a common source of truth for bid opportunities. We are in the process of working with iDeal CRM to develop a scheduling program to assign estimators to bids/proposals based on bid complexity, shared workloads for large bids, and due dates.

Pros

Intuitive lead and bid interface, great response from developers to customize for our business.

Cons

Limited capability for assigning, developing, tracking, and reporting on customer development activities.

Overall, I wish I had found this CRM software 5 years ago. It has really changed the way my firm runs it's sales.

Pros

Easy to use, very intuitive, tons of customization and it really streamlines a lot of the more monotonous tasks with sales. Really like how opportunities are inputed by particular projects.

Cons

Haven't really run into any cons. If there has been any road bumps iDeal has been quick to address them and resolve them.

Following up with the clients on the bid projects and updating CRM, creates a good database for us to review and fix our numbers according to market.

Pros

Its very simple to use - anyone can be trained to use it, also can be customized as per your company needs. Reports and Follow up notes are essential, where as sending a follow up email is very simple.

Cons

Nothing really is least liked, its a good software. And if you run into issues, customer support is excellent, who can fix the issues right away.

Every part of this system is user friendly. Customer support is very good, few times issues happened they were fixed quickly. Any questions I have are also answered quickly.
