As a marketer with Weply, I have once again realized the importance of listening to customers and what they are asking for. The conversations from Weply help me improve the content on our site and answer customers' questions before they are asked. Weply is a way to be proactive and at the same time be vulnerable because you make yourself accessible and outreach to questions.

Pros

Everything went smoothly and the integration went fast. I am most happy with the function of filling out contact forms and receiving emails over the conversation in the chat to the right person. What I like best about Weply, of course, is that we as a company can be present and respond to potential customers even when the office is closed. It just gives an extra sense of service.

Cons

If anything should be improved, it is the intelligence in being able to provide different answers to questions within the same category.

So far, we are very happy with Weply.

Pros

It makes us present for new clients, even if we are stuck in meetings. In a way, you can say that Weply has our back, so we answer clients´requests immediately, even though we might not be available due to other commitments at that specific time.

Cons

I don´t really have any negative aspects to comment on.

Pros

Weply provides a 24/7 availability - not only for lead references but also for customer support and guidance. It allows us to pre-screen the chats and direct them to the right department; and saves time in mail-transit and last but not least; we get to focus on our product and less on entrance level customer service!

Cons

Some livechat sessions could be minimised with a pre-Chatbot setup with a custom 5-10 questions and answers - to guide the customers into the right page/section without needing a live chat and/or make the pre-screening easier.

Reasons for choosing Weply

Ease of use - and their plug and play setup had us live in a few minutes. It’s the best decision we’ve made in terms of support and lead generation since we started in 2011.

Nothing but super great! good product and the service have always been on top! Positive vibes from DenForm.

Pros

The possibility for costumers to contact us while we are closed helps us a lot. They can then be contacted the day after and we already know what they want and who needs to contact them.

Cons

Nothing we really like the idea about an online chat and so far we haven't experienced any problems.

Because the costumers usually use our website during the evening where the company is closed.

Prior to adding Weply to our website, we lost customers with acute needs to other suppliers. Sometimes just getting a first response is enough to keep the customer at ease until one of our consultants can reply with the information needed or send a service technician.

Pros

I thought that the implementation was extremely simple. The representative from Weply quickly adapted the chat graphics to our color scheme and it looks very professional. The live chat gives our customers a real life experience with a person that can respond to most frequently asked quesitons and can attain information for follow-up calls or dialog.

Cons

So far we haven't found any features we are missing.

Our first contact with Weply at one of our suppliers was enough to convince us to try the product.

The business is very helpful with making any adjustments to the live chat and chat agents, along the way. You feel like you are in control of whats going on in the live chat, without being directly involved in the chatting sessions, where the Weply agents do their work. Their customer support is superb and the business model is very affordable.

Pros

The live chat feature is brilliant, as it grabs the customers attention and let them know that there are people on the other end, wanting to help them with any questions they might have. The live chat serves as a tunnel and filter, guiding customers to the right place and avoiding phone calls from customers who might as well have sent an email. The live chat helps with that, as the customer can write all of their questions and then leave the page. And we can get back to them and their questions via e-mail. This frees up alot of phone time, which can be disturbing at times when you need to concentrate on your emails.

Cons

That I cant chat directly with the customer.
