It is not overly complicated and just works, which I actually prefer. It covers our core needs well and offers good value for money. With some improvements in reporting and route planning it would be even better, but we are happy with it. Pros Very easy to get started and the interface is simple for the team to pick up without much training. The tracking has been reliable and accurate, which is the most important part for us. Managing drivers and vehicles is straightforward and gives us a clear day to day view. Support has also been responsive and genuinely helpful when we needed it. Cons We have noticed a few minor bugs occasionally, but nothing that has affected our operations in a serious way and support was always available to address issues.
