Trying to change some documents to pdf fillable usage for a few new clients due to needing information before seeing them due to COVID-19 situation. Pros I was glad that they offered a free trial because I was in need of having a pdf option for some very important documents that needed to be done ASAP. I am glad that this was here and it was very easy to use during a very stressful time. Cons The cost of the program once trial period was completed. I would have continued to use this product as needed for my new clients but I do not get enough new clients to use this on a daily basis in order to get my money's worth. It allows me to edit Gmail documents. I often need to fill forms or sign contracts. Lumin PDF saves time, as I dont need to take a print out, write to it, scan it and the upload it. Pros I use Lumin PDF editor to edit PDF documents from Gmail. The integration with Gmail works very well. The free version is very powerful. The free version allows users to insert text, enter free text and also insert upto two types of signatures. The updated document can then be exported as PDF. Overall I find the functionality extremely useful. Cons Advanced features like Shapes are not included in the Free version. However the free version is powerful enough for several use cases. Pros It is more user friendly and fast to use than Adobe. Even the free version does most of what I need for my job. Cons It would be great to have more options available in the free version, but overall it is a great affordable software if you do have to pay. I am able to quickly modify documents much more quickly than with any other organization software. Cons My only con is that I am not able to stamp multiple pages simultaneously. My boss is a busy man and is traveling between different regions. I use this feature when I am doing evaluations for my employees to get their raises, and I'll email him to get his approval, but I've got his signature saved from a previous document that I can apply. So ky employees get their raises a lot faster than having to wait on my boss to be in town and physically sign them. Cons I haven't used this product enough to have any dislikes about it.
