To get in contact with someone who can help when you do have a problem is near impossible. Pros The platform was very user friendly. I did not get to the notarization process due to a issue with billing. Cons Customer service was just not helpful. During the onboarding process i selected two seats. I am the only Notary so i only needed one. No one could help me so I cancled my subscription to the platform. Switched from [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/) Platform was diffuser to use and time consuming to learn how to use the platform. The free trail helped woth the onboarding time and learning the platform.
