Nimblr has been a key addition for our Men's Health Clinic. For our new patients who have done their research and are ready to book appointments, Holly AI makes the process so incredibly easy for them. It integrates with our Dr. Chrono schedule, so they are only shown available appointment spots. This easily saves my business partner and I several hours a week. Bottom line, if you are thinking about trying Holly AI, you will not be disappointed. And once you have it, you'll never want to go back to the old way!!

Pros

Very well designed platform. Easy to implement and easy to update as our business grows and changes. Also, fantastic customer support, both on the tech side and on the general customer success side.

Cons

Nothing so far. One thing to be aware of is that Holly will message your patients from a number that is different from your clinic number. This was less than ideal for us, but we haven't had anyone complain about it.

Pros

Holly by Nimblr has been a game changer. Our no show rate has decreased dramatically and we finally feel comfortable leaving scheduling in someone elses hands. Highly recommend.

I like that Holly saves me quite a bit of time with the online scheduling that integrates with Dr. Chrono and the appointment verification. It works well that you can personalize the settings and work hours of each of our providers and patients can easily see who has availability that matches their schedule. I really like the texting feature for accepting appointment as I feel that is the easiest way for patients to confirm as no one really answers phone calls they don't recognize the number for. I do with that the system had the ability to easily text patients about anything. Sometimes I need to remind them to do their check in paperwork or other random things, but if they have not recently had an appointment then you cannot text them. I also wish the personalization was better for some things. Also wish it was easier to get card information to hold an appointment. They have to set that up for you and you have to have a square account. It also allows patients to book an appointment and then asks for the card, so patients can skip it if they want. In the online scheduling you can only have 3 questions/statements and I wish there were more options for those and also having clickable yes or no answers questions. Load times both on our website for self scheduling and on Nimbler itself can be slow. For text reminder I also wish that there were options for sending additional reminders. Right now it sends one and then we have ours set to send a reminder again 24 hours later if a patient does not respond. I would like option to text them again a 3rd time to increase our chances of a response and to decrease the amount of no shows or late cancels. Overall a very useful tool, I just think there are a lot of improvements yet to be made for capability, ease of setup, and speed.

Holly has helped my practice improve efficiency and reduce late cancellations and no shows. The Nimblr team was available to answer my questions throughout the implementation process. I highly recommend Holly for any DrChrono user!

Cons

I am switching to a different EHR and Holly does not integrate with the new one.

Automated confirmations/cancelations/rescheduling. Allows patients to schedule online at anytime. Confirmations can include appointment specific info depending on the appointment type. Excellent.

Pros

Holly has been fantastic for us and has reduced the human workload. Text confirmation/cancelations/rescheduling has been really helpful as has the online scheduling feature.
