Overall: We have used this platform for a number of years and over this time the software has evolved to meet the needs of our business. The team at SCRIM are always open to new and innovative was of doing things and are very supportive.
Pros: Ease of use for employees to enter data into the system and run reports.
Cons: There are some limitations at times due to it based on Microsoft Dynamic Platform and Google Chrome.

Manages the bulk of your system requirements on 1 platform and the linkage to Microsoft CRM Dynamics means that it remains cost effective and moves forward with continual updates to stay contemporary. Would strongly recommend the product to both small and large businesses, and the amount of in house customisation makes it suitable to a large rage of industries and business size. The team at SCRIM are always ready and quick to help whther there is a problem or to identify an optimal soulution for our needs. I have no hesitation recommending them to any potential future client.
