The team at SCRIM are always open to new and innovative was of doing things and are very supportive. Pros Ease of use for employees to enter data into the system and run reports. Cons There are some limitations at times due to it based on Microsoft Dynamic Platform and Google Chrome. Would strongly recommend the product to both small and large businesses, and the amount of in house customisation makes it suitable to a large rage of industries and business size.
